It’s an older hotel that has been nicely renovated in the rooms, however, the bathrooms are a bit outdated and could use a little more cleaning. The balconies are also shared with the room next to you and on hot days like we had it only had a fan, and no AC. So I had to open the door all night, even though we shared a balcony. My wife was not so happy about that. 

Probably one of the few hotel in the small town. Was surprised to see that there is no air condition at the hotel, we had to use the fan provided. The pillows were so flat! Restaurant service was slow but at least the food was great.

We booked a twin room with two large beds, a small round table and chairs. Although the space is not big, the layout is compact and not depressing, and the overall color tone is great. The bedding is also very comfortable, and the toiletries in the bathroom are very good. There is also a restaurant downstairs, and you can pay for a buffet breakfast the next day. We went to the sevenpenny next door, and I recommend everyone to go there for brunch. The service and food are very good.

One of the best hotels in the small town of Greymouth, although it is not as good as some hotels in China... The hygiene is good and the service attitude of the front desk is very good.

The room is large, the equipment and even the appearance of the hotel are new and should have been renovated. The heater is old-fashioned but very warm and less drying on the skin. The location is very good, about 5 minutes walk to Greymouth station The front desk staff are kind, patient and polite, great~

I booked this hotel specifically to see the Pancake Rock. It is located on the riverside in the center of the town, with convenient transportation. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is only on weekends that they are almost closed after six o'clock. The street is very deserted. The 1.5-meter twin room and bathroom are all Not big but enough. There is a small balcony with a view of the river. The decoration is simple and a bit old. It is clean. The west coast is a bit cold. There is a heater in the room.

It was already evening when we arrived. The hotel was very clean and exquisitely decorated. We stayed very comfortable and satisfied.
