This is extended stay accommodation and a typical hotel. Stinky smell(weed) all inside hallway/corridor/lift, stained carpets, no room service/cleaning(even on request) - you have to stay 14days to get a room service/cleaning. Kitchen minus any utensils, roaches inside room(we killed a few), the kitchen sink leaked water. Even the commode leaked.

I was very disappointed to find out that I had to PAY $250 pet fee which was more than my room. Unfortunately I took a ride sharing service which was very costly from the first hotel id booked. Had I know I had to pay $250 non refundable pet fee before arriving I definitely wouldn’t have booked that place it was a Saturday evening and all others places in the were booked. The Clerk Supposedly the Asst Mgr told me that that amount is listed on the site. It is not. My dog weighs less than 15lbs. $250 is ridiculous and I’m going to file a dispute my pet is ESA Certified snd she wouldn’t even look at the letter. There was also a fire in the microwave which I still don’t know how it happened and I was told the mgr would come and see the next day instead I was told again by the Asst Mgr who’s attitude was insulting and offensive that I would be charged $150 no one came yo see the microwave I woke up to a $155 amount taken from my account without my permission and that wasn’t the initial amount. Had I been found liable after inspection I would have paid cash. I noticed that this place is for people who are basically “living” there. Even though I stayed longer than I attended that totally ridiculous upfront non refundable $250 pet fee is the reason why The Gentleman that worked the overnight shift was awesome. He should be commended for putting up with the “ASSistant Mgr”. The Manager Diana was ok. However she never came to look at the microwave and I asked to be moved to another room. That never happened. I had food that I couldn’t really eat it was very unnecessary ridiculous costly stay. On top of that the vending machines charged $3.00 for a small bag of chips etc. AND my room was on second floor In the front of the place and all night long guest etc were outside laughing talking (smoking area). Anyway I would never recommend suggest or try to convince ANYONE to stay there. It’s a big rip off and what I wanted to be quite and affordable days to myself cost more than it should have. Basically close to $500 including the Expensive LYFT ride there from the bug Infested foul filthy smelling hotel I booked under Trip first. I will be filing a complaint and dispute about that $250 that’s ridiculous and that amount is important information for Travelers and should be clearly stated under pet policies. Never Again
