We had the most amazing time, Heritage Inn rose above and beyond our expectations. Very nice and clean rooms, rooms in many areas and locations with lots of customization. The continental breakfast was the most amazing breakfast we've ever had at a hotel yet, with nearly every food you can imagine with no shortage. You won't go hungry at this hotel that's for sure. The integrated bar & restaurant is also very nice and comfy with a outdoor patio. This hotel is now my go-to in great falls and I can't wait to return next year. Thankyou Scott and the rest of the staff for the amazing stay!

We really liked the hotel. We stayed there for just one night but were very satisfied. The room was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. In the morning, it was nice to have a hot breakfast before heading out. I recommend it.

This hotel was a revelation. Even though I read about it and looked at pictures, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. It exceeded my expectations. It is a completely remodeled hotel that was been done about a year ago. The lobby is comfortable and inviting. There are free cookies and water and even a glass of wine for the asking. The rooms are very clean, well appointed, up-to-date and comfortable. There is no breakfast room, but breakfast can be ordered ahead and delivered to your room, or you can get a coupon for items from a wonderful coffee/bakery a couple of blocks away. That is worth the walk. Don't be put off by the neighbourhood. It may not look great, but it is fine and the hotel is quiet. Our check in and out were handled quickly and by very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice. The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.

The hotel is very good, the breakfast is very delicate, compared to other hotels, this is much better, the bed is very comfortable, there is a buffet western food next to it, the price is cheap and the food is superb, many people line up to eat
