Easy check in, front desk staff is very friendly.

I went to check in I had it set up to pay at the hotel. They didn’t have my reservation because they tried to charge my card before check in and I was going to pay cash. She was rude when I asked about it. When I asked if she had another room she told me only a king room. I was there to have surgery the next morning and I had to find another hotel at 10pm. She treated me horribly because my card I had on file declined when I was supposed to pay there. I will never reserve a room there again!

It's listed as pet friendly but they charge an extra $25 per night per pet. You don't learn about this until check in. The pool temp is cool.

This place was easy to find. After driving 12 hrs it was nice to stop. Front desk staff helped us with finding a place to eat. Recommend Mod’s pizza. Excellent and 2 min walk. It would have been nice if there was a hot tub. It had a pool. Continental breakfast was awesome. It had scrambled eggs, sausages, bagel, toast, boiled egg and so much more . This hotel was so quiet didn’t hear a noise.

The staff were friendly. Easy and quick checkin. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is in a sketchy area, the front desk staff is rude and will deny your stay if someone is from Montana. The place smells like malt liquor and cigarettes, and the wait time will to get checked in is rather certainly long.

I was denied being able to stay here due to I am a local? After showing my ID I was told I couldn’t stay there cause I had a drivers license that said I was from the same city and ask them just cancel the reservation then and they told me I had to cancel it where I booked it from. So tried to cancel on this app and was told I couldn’t cause it was non refundable. Huge BS scam
