Excellent location for traveling via DFW. Staff are helpful & professional. Had an issue with the booking but Trip sorted it out within an hour. Highly recommended stay, good food too with a wide selection of choices for breakfast. The small shoppe in the lobby serves light meals that’s ideal if you’re in a hurry. Will stay there again 😊

The location is only a few blocks off the freeway and easy to get to. When I first entered the lobby I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. I was checked in very quickly, about 3 minutes. The desk explained the amenities the Inn provides. The free breakfast, where to fitness center and elevators were located as well as where the room was located. The room was clean and the A/C came on automatically and the room was very affordable.

Stayed overnight for a flight out of Dallas and found it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Near the airport and Grapevine Mills, I was able to go shopping within minutes, dine at the nearby restaurants and still be close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, too.

This hotel has good bones and the rooms are decent. There are some updates, but they are still showing some age in the kitchen and bathroom areas. We had an issue at check in with our room type that Anton quickly resolved beyond our expectations. He made our stay so memorable and won over my two year old daughter during our week long stay. Housekeeping is amazing at this property and despite the wear and tear on the rooms, they never felt dirty. The location was okay, but we did feel we needed to travel a bit to do much of anything including dining. The mall closed so early that if you wanted a quick dinner, you had to travel a few miles to grab something other than chipotle or chick fil a. I would stay here again because of Anton’s amazing service. Thanks for a memorable week!

I had two rooms at this location both were double queens rooms 413 and 415. Both rooms were very nicely cleaned and I have zero complaints about the rooms. One room did seem bigger than the other - according to my daughter. The beds were so very comfy. A very nice person brought us towels and took our dirty ones. I didn't need the room cleaned while I was there. The staff was very nice and friendly. My sole complaint revolves around the breakfast staff. There is only ONE salt and pepper shaker for the entire breakfast area. I did ask and that is what the breakfast attendant told me. It seems strange that Covid is still relevant that the hotel would only have a single salt/pepper shaker for all guests to use. Buying individual single use packets is out of the question? What happened to all of the salt and pepper shakers pre - Covid? I have stayed at several Marriott properties and this is absolutely the 1st time I have ever been told that the hotel only offers a single shaker. On my 2nd day the shakers were not in the breakfast line - someone had taken them. I asked the attendant for another and she brought me pepper. No salt. I asked again and she finally brought me salt. My suggestion would be to buy more shakers or go back to using the paper packets of salt/pepper. Even without the threat of Covid, everyone using the same shaker set is quite nasty because some folks still don't wash their hands. The breakfast itself...was not great. It wasn't terrible - but it could have been better. The scrambled eggs were hard - according to my grand daughter. There was a souffle that was ok. They did offer different breads, cereal, fruit and yogurt, juice and milk. The 2nd day they had hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and sausage - along with the different breads, fruit, ect. They also had coffee both days but no creamer - only milk. Over all - discounting the breakfast - it was a fantastic stay. The hotel is directly across the street from the mall (easy walking distance) and Bass Pro Shop (also walkable). There are also quite a few fast food restaurants in the area - just in front of the mall plus the food court in the mall. It's a great location for anyone.
