Stayed here for wrestlemania the hotel was great anything we needed they gave us greeted us with smiles every time we walked through the door would recommend to anyone !

A very good hotel. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock from Monday to Friday. Take the shuttle bus at 7 o'clock. It takes 15 minutes to get to Dallas Airport, remember to tell the driver which terminal to go to. Dallas is really beautiful in the morning!

Front desk lady was rude for starters. Hotel room 3 had roaches. Asked for a refund and was denied. So left and lost out on money.

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel could use an update on paint and carpet. Breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The gentleman helped me out- I accidentally booked the wrong date and when we got there tired and ready for a good night’s rest -he fixed it for me. It meant a lot to me because I know he didn’t have to but he went out of his way to fix my mistake.

Basic motel-clean, comfortable beds, ok breakfast.Shuttle driver terrible-wouldn’t help at all with luggage, didn’t even open or close van doors which were awkward to close from the inside.
