Bad service review, because I checked out of the room and hadn’t left the hotel yet and remembered that the charger was still charging in the room, so I took the room card from the front desk and returned to the room. I found that the charger and the plug adapter were missing. I observed that the bathroom was dirty. The towels were also collected, thinking that maybe the housekeeping staff had collected them, so I immediately went back to the front desk to ask them to help me contact the housekeeping staff. However, the front desk refused for a second and said no, it had not been cleaned at this time. But I’m sure it was taken away!
