Find the Cheap Granollers Hotels

Yesterday 09.03 I tried to get into this hotel. The receptionist said that the room has a narrow bed, when I asked to see it, he refused to do it. He was obviously lazy! When asked how I can then understand whether the room suits me or not, the employee advised me to go to another hotel. If you want good service don't stay at this hotel! They save a lot on employees or they are simply not trained to be polite!

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. With the room, they had the detail of changing our quality, just because they had handled the reservation directly on their web. The staff who attended us can only say wonders, both of the girl who was in reception when we arrived, and of the boy who was in the night shift when we returned to the hotel.

The hotel is very pleasant. The person at the reception was really exceptional of kindness. It is pleasant when you arrive on the trip. The rooms are very good and very clean. The restaurant has also a good quality-price ratio. I had a good stay.

I wanted to make a romantic gift for my partner and after looking and comparing I opted for this one, without a doubt the Romantic Pack stands out, value for money is great, which includes the superior double room (beautiful decoration with petals) and with a bottle of champagne, also includes Spa (my partner and I were alone) dinner, and breakfast, if you are looking for a romantic gift, this is undoubtedly your hotel.

Si vas a ese hotel con transporte privado, porque allí no van los taxis ni los Uber/Cabify ni aunque los tengo reservados, te ponen que no hay conductor, por los menos cuando hay eventos por la ciudad, y eso que cuando llamamos nos dijeron que si. Imaginaros con las maletas a la estación o ir andando a la otra punta de Granollers. En La habitación hacia mucho calor, no se podía bajar las temperatura, lo intentemos con el termostato de pared y no dejaba, tuvimos que apagar la electricidad por la noche, con la consecuencia de no poder cargar móvil. Positivo: limpieza y amabilidad empleados. Pero no volvería

Hotel muy comodo y confortable, muy limpio, personal rapido y amable y buena attencion al cliente, cama muy comoda. Hize pensione completa y la comida tambien estava muy rica. lo recomiendo a todos lo que querien pasar un buen fin de semana de relax

Just returned from a week stay at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and offers a gd bfast. However I hate to say that we r soo disappointed with the approach of the receptionists. We r a family of 5 ... 2 adults and 3 kids and thus had 2 interconnecting rooms. By mistake one of the kids locked one of the rooms with the chain and thus could not open the door. We asked the receptionists (2 young ladies) to help us out. After something like an hour waiting they told us that the maintence guy cannot be reached. We asked for a scew driver to unscrew the chain and they told us with have to give our visa no as these were d instructions. Of course we refused and after another hr or so, I had to reexplain that I had imp medication in the room and couldn't no spend the night outside without it. Only then did one of the them decide to come up and see my husband unlock the chain in 2 mins! No apologies nothing.... On another day we asked how we can get to some funpark with kids. Since we didn't have a car they told us that it is practically impossible. It is clear they (once again the 2 ladies) have no idea.... Absolutely.... How to inform clients how to get there. We had to ask locals to help us.... And we managed Illa fun park and also Porta Avventura with no hassle at all using a train! Unbelievable. When we needed a taxi a helpful receptionist, Marc always called for us and the taxi came in no time. However when we asked the same 2 receptionists.... They wanted to give us the number of the driver and we had to call. Im so sorry to complain however I believe that the receptionists have to have basic manners and information skills to direct their clients in a decent manner. The situation was so hilarious that sometimes I thought they were playing some joke on us😶

The staff were lovely and were probably the best thing about this hotel! The minifridge was stocked with drinks for free in the superior room which was very kind. It was generally quite shabby - cracks around door frames, threadbare towels etc. My curtains were also a bit stained. The room service list was pretty poor in terms of meals for main dishes, although the burger and pizza were lovely. The most disappointing thing was the location. In the middle of nowhere, this hotel was completely impractical if you didn’t have a car. I even had to get a taxi to the closest shop. It was over an hour by foot with no footpaths! The pool area was okay but very small and separated from the car park by a hedge, overlooked by the floor to ceiling glass windows of the restaurant. I felt too self conscious to use it even though it seemed okay. The main reason I wouldn’t come back was the inconvenient, awful location.
