"The front desk is very welcoming, there are many breakfast options, I feel that the United States Holiday Inn is carved out of a mold, and the facilities and layout are the same. There is also a free shuttle bus to the surrounding three kilometers."
"Super good experience, there are super delicious cookies at the front desk, breakfast is also good (standard white breakfast) hotel two beds are king size bed. The microwave coffee machine in the hotel is very complete. Service attitude is also very nice. The health is great and there is no taste. You can also make your own waffles for breakfast."
"Came for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!"
"This is beautiful Hotel located on beautiful location. Rooms are beautiful and walkable from the River, On the opposite street is a Grand Rapids one of the oldest building and it’s beautiful. There was a little miscommunication during our check-in. We were told that breakfast timing is from 7-10am but when we reached for breakfast at 9:10, they were already closing and cleaning restaurant. There were around 5-7 families who came after 9 for breakfast. But restaurant gave bread, fruits, butter, Jams, Coffee so we had breakfast. Other than everything was perfect. "

"Sleep All Over the World Grand Rapids Anway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton
The Amway Hotel, a Hilton Collection in Grand Rapids, consists of two parts, old and new
The old building part of the hotel, originally the Pantlind Hotel, opened in 1913 during the prosperous period of Grand Rapids, and was rated as one of the top ten hotels in the United States for many times in the first half of the twentieth century.
The Pantlind Hotel is a Beaux-Art architectural style, which was a popular architectural style in France from the 1830s to the end of the 19th century. The hotel had the largest gilded ceiling in the world at that time, and a huge crystal chandelier and other luxurious decorations.
In 1979, the Amway Group purchased the Pantlind Hotel, renovated it, and reopened on September 15, 1981. The Ford couple Ye, who lived in Grand Rapids, attended the opening ceremony.
The 29-story glass building on the riverside side of the old hotel was completed in 1983, which is also part of the new building today
Although Grand Rapids is a relatively silent city in the United States today, its past painting glory still radiates light"

OOwen GongI have stayed here twice. I always choose this hotel every time I come here for a meeting. It is on the main road and close to the airport, so transportation is convenient. The lady at the front desk is very friendly.
GGuest UserService was very good and informative. Location was excellent. The room was somewhat disappointing. It was manageable but it was separated by a corner, and the view was of a crumbling wall. The prime amenity we were looking forward to was the bar, which closed an hour prior to when we were told it would.
DDr CushHotel was good for going to a concert. Pool and hot tub had decent hours. Only complaint was not having coffee or towels re-stocked in the room. The walls were also a bit thin; could hear conversations in the hallway clearly and didn’t feel there was much privacy to be had in the bathroom
AAnson KuoI checked in late night that’s probably I been arranged to the fairest room on 2F. Elevator is far from front desk has walked 3 to 4 mins with my two big heavy luggage. Good workout but not so good for checking in late night.
GGuest UserService was very helpful. Since I was going to be arriving after hours, I was called with how to access the key card for my room. The highlighted map inside was great to find my room. I was a little nervous when I first arrived to the room, because the shades were open and a few lights as well as the TV were on. It made me feel like there was already someone in the room. I entered the room with my key and took a look around, but there was nobody there. The area where this hotel is located is nice. There is a lot of shopping and food areas nearby. The room was pretty clean, but it had a faint smell of smoke. One of the shades in the room by the door I couldn't see how to close them, so that made me nervous, because then you could see into the room, and when you look in that window it looks directly at the bed area. That made me feel slightly uncomfortable since I'm not familiar with the area.
