I've stayed at this property a few times now. Staff is excellent. Parking is easy. Everything I need to get to downtown is walkable.

In a great position downtown, right across the street from our daughter's wedding reception venue. Extremely convenient for ourselves and wedding guests. Can't say enough good things about how every staff member we encountered worked hard to accommodate us. Made things go a lot smoother.
Only negative was the parking. The structure is remotely located and the gates malfunctioned multiple times during our stay. Not the hotel's fault, but be ready for it as a guest.

Wonderful property enjoyed the room and proximity to enjoy downtown. The only problem we experienced was that the food in the bar was not good now worth the money. Overall a great place to stay!

Everything was stellar however there was a decent homeless population right around the hotel as well as the concert venue and walkable bars/restaurants. Since the parking is not connected to the hotel, we had a minor concern walking with our luggage out on the street to enter the hotel from the front. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Staying here was one of my best hotel experiences. Everything was immaculate and modern. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar were great. The hotel is in an excellent downtown location.

Great location downtown. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Parking in nearby garage was easy and a short walk to the hotel. I appreciated that there was a water dispenser on the floor, not just ice.

Very satisfied with my stay at Canopy. Staff was professional and friendly, and every part of the hotel was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to my room. I will absolutely stay at Canopy again.
