Seapoint Boutique Hotel

First stop on our honeymoon and it was perfect! The staff really goes above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable. The food was great, we loved their dinner and breakfast! The drinks on the beach were amazing and the sunsets are incredible!

Absolutely an amazing place… staff is super nice and will take all the steps for your comfort and good stay. Amazingly kept place with nice decor and super clean. Breakfast and the dinner is very nice. It is great not to have buffet but proper al carte dinner even when you book half board. It’s a 22 rooms hotel which also adds to the charm that you do not have this hundreds of rooms club hotels. Loved it. The food you get outside the breakfast and dinner at the beach bar, can be improved (but that was a minor one). We picked for the last 3-4 nights of our Mauritius trip to recharge batteries and just chill, and it was a great one. They also have free bicycles, kayak, snorkeling equipment etc. The spa is also very nice. The beach of the hotel is not really for swimming. It is very shallow, but has amazing snorkeling. Our favorite beach in Mauritius (Mont Choisy) was just 12 mins walk so that was great.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Seapoint last week. The room was comfortable and clean, well maintained by Awan with daily cleaning and evening turn down, we did have a couple of days where the water pressure was poor and the hot water was inconsistent on these days also. Staff were always friendly and happy to help, especially Vishnu who even came out to help us with our shopping as he saw us down the street. The food on the whole was first class, we were on the half board option, a combination of buffet breakfast and al a carte eggs and dinner was a daily changing 3 course menu or options from the al a carte menu (some options included, some with a supplement), one day a week was a buffet dinner, we found the food to be much better than we had expected so much so we didn’t eat out as we had planned. We did have an issue one morning with a breakfast box prepared by the hotel but the staff handled the situation well. The drinks selection was good, a good choice of wines and cocktails, Ismael was always friendly in the bar and restaurant and knew our names by the first day, his secret recipe cocktail was great! The pool and beach area were lovely, comfy sun loungers, never struggled to get a lounger but towards the end of our stay there was an issue with guests reserving loungers by the pool early in the morning then not using them till much later. All in all a great stay!

Excellent service, friendly staff (Vishnu), great meals - great breakfasts, nice dinners (lobster was delicious) and hospitality. Location close to nice public beach and definitelly we will come back. Small beach but that was not con for us

Absolutely lovely resort in Pointe aux Canonniers near Grand Baie. Staff are warm and welcoming and accommodating! Breakfast was fabulous be sure to try the sparkling local white wine offered ! Beautiful setting with great lunch and dinner. Would stay here again. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Just back home after a fantastic 14 night stay The hotel is beautiful and so chilled out we where in room 204 which had amazing views from the private balcony the room itself was large with walk in shower and a separate bath The room was cleaned to a high standard daily.The bed was super comfy and we slept so well All the meals breakfast dinner and bar area where all excellent.We really enjoyed the 3 island catamaran trip book with the hotel.we also made use of the hotel bicycles to visit local beaches etc.Thankyou to Michael and all his team for looking after us so well,And a special Thankyou to Ismael you were amazing and made our stay special
