H10 Costa Mogán - Adults Recommended

Genuinely can not fault this hotel. Me and my partner have just had one of the best holidays of our life here. The whole time we just kept asking “whats the catch” We arrived to the hotel quite late and the reception team took our luggage and got us to dinner before checking in to ensure we didnt go hungry. When we went to the restaurant we were blown away by the size and selection of food. When we did get up to our room they had left us some food on the desk for incase we didnt get to eat which was such a lovely touch, especcially the little chocolates. The room had a large walk in shower, walk in wardrobe and a terrace with a beautiful view of the front of the hotel. There was full tea making facilities, a fridge and a coffee machine that you could pay €12 to get daily pods for (we didnt do this as there was always coffee at the bar). We got our room cleaned daily and they always did a fantastic job. There was a card you could put on the bed to get the sheets changed rather than just make the bed, we did this half way through the week. After we had it cleaned I got a little stain on the bed and they changed the sheets again the next day without us even putting the card on the bed! Breakfast was always the same, typical full english food, freshly made omlettes, pancakes, bread, pastries, cereal, cheese, meats and fruits. Lunch varied a bit throughout the week but usually consisted on fish, meat, veg, bread, salad, cheese, meats and puddings. Dinner definitely varied the most with themed nights (our favourite was mexican night). The staff were so friendly, particularly in the restaurant and the bars, and the animation team did lots of activities during the day that were great for kids such as water polo, jenga, quizzes etc. (we did not take part but we could see it was very fun for everyone else) The main pool was a great size with two mini jacuzzi’s either side and 1 kids pool just next to it. They provide you with decent-sized, thick pool towels that you can get changed as often as you like. The bar was open from 10 every morning through to 6 when the second bar opened for the evening until midnight and always had either a singer or mini show on. Great selection of branded alcohol all included in the AI package, they even filled our stanleys for us! There was another outdoor section next to the bar that included the 3rd pool but was adults only and cost €30 for two people all day. We chose to do this only the once and it was absolutely gorgeous! The pool its very shallow and you walk through it to get to a large cold-water jacuzzi at the end. At about 11:30am they came and delivered a fruit platter to each bed which was a lovely touch. They also had an a la carte restaraunt which you could book for 1 free visit during your stay. There was set starters, sorbet and desert but you could select 3 mains to share. I could definitely see that this restaurant wouldnt be to everyones taste but there is a menu just outside so you can decide if it

It's a fairly small hotel. This is a positive Never really have to queue for anything for too long. Food, lots of options and very fresh generally. Sunbeds...plenty and never struggled for one (not the usual 7am dash for beds which is refreshing.) Bars are great and branded drinks available in all inclusive. Place is spotlessly clean. The only downside I guess has nothing to do with the hotel, but everything to do with location....very quiet as it's sat within a number of resorts along the coast and almost nothing to walk too (Barr a couple of restaurants (which are fine and not expensive) we at in the old brogue...sound enough. Animation team try hard and are great. Lastly, evening entertainment is fine and again try to get everyone engaged...usually 9.30-10.30pm. All in all, suites are worth the upgrade, very clean and nice chilled place for a week (and a cab is only 7 quid into Puerto Rico) should you fancy a trip out. Actually, definitely worth a trip is Puerto mogan up the coast... stunning

A great hotel, very clean and well kept. Staff friendly and helpful. Food well presented and fresh. Pool areas clean Not up a hill like a lot of the other hotels Based in a quiet area of the island but a short taxi or bus ride to busier local hotspots.

An amazing holiday had as a family of 7, from young children to grandparents. Laura from the animation team is absolutely fantastic and the kids loved her, she made kids club so much fun and the mini disco really interactive for them to enjoy. All the other animation team also fantastic. Food was lovely and lots of variety to keep everyone happy. Really sad to be leaving but will definitely be back.

We are just leaving this wonderful hotel after spending 10 relaxing days. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a great sea view. We were never short of food choices and plenty of lovely cocktails. The pool area is lovely too. A big shout out to the animation team especially Christian and Norellia. Never pushing you to join in with the games but we loved the “cocktail” game! The staff are warm and friendly and so helpful. The buses are great cheap, regular and go to either Puerto Rico or Mogan so plenty to do. Would also recommend the Panoramic Tour of the Island. We are definitely coming back next February for my birthday. Thank you.

Lacked decent entertainment as with all Labranda hotels weve visited, however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay The hotel is efficiently run and meticulously clean, all staff are friendly, the room was spotless and cleaned everyday The food is first class, there is something for everyone here at Labranda The daytime bar serves drinks and snacks which we used on an al inclusive basis Nothing to much trouble for the staff and a big shout out to Ina the receptionist and her colleagues for their help and support No problem in returning here despite the lack of nightly entertainment as we visited 2 bars within 100yds namely 19th Tee and The Old Brogue which served a pint of Guinness and had great singer/ guitarist

A very relaxing week with family and friends. Hotel was clean and tidy with good sized rooms. On arrival first night they stored our bags and sent us to dinner so we had time to eat which was much appreciated. Generally the food was nice although the one negative in my view was the snacks at the pool bar. The choice and availability had to be the poorest we have ever experienced. Drinks were good, liked that you could self serve, especially water all day. Cocktails seemed very sweet. On the first night at the buffet we were presented with a wine list to buy from which we were not expecting, quickly realised there was wine you can serve yourself. Pool was clean, if you sit or lie behind pool bar during the day there are 2 lots of music one from main pool and one from the paid for sun area which was €30 for 2 people per day extra. Location was nice we walked to Puerto Rico most mornings and also caught local bus to Puerto Morgan for about €3 euro return.

The Hotel and Staff were Brilliant lovely clean Hotel. We paid all inclusive. The first couple of days we were drinking bottled beer no problem at all but then we were not allowed any bottles unless we paid for them, the head Barman said the big boss told them. So for the rest of the holiday we were told to serve ourselves at the beer pump. When you asked him to do it he wasn’t happy. We’ve been to a lot of H10 hotels and never had a problem. The other staff were going to give us bottles but he stepped in and stopped them. Saying that we have to pull our own beer. Lovely Hotel and staff. Pity about the Angry Bar manager. Probably just doesn't like. We met an Irish family and he told them the same. Maybe time for a change of hotels.

Amazing hotel. Great reception team, very helpful and accommodating. Great views from the pool area, good quality of drinks and food. Very clean restaurant and pool area. Great food freshly prepared. Would highly recommend to families, couples and solo travellers.
