They were very nice as we got a bigger room than we ordered. Very nice gift in the room (panettone, champagne). Unfrtunately this hotel is a little bit old and poor quality for everything, everywhere... The room is old quality, so basic hotel... 3 star hotel rather than 4. The bar and restaurant were closed during this Christmas period. Breakfast was of excellent quality and generous. Once we kept him for a few nights but he was not our favourite...

The location is superb, the view was gorgeous from the room and even better from the pool.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is also nice and plenty of variety.
Overall a remodel would do magic, but we were happy.

Very poor quality hotel for everything. I had to stay there for one night since my house in Grado had some issues with the heating. We are a family of 5 and requested to stay in one room and they refused it, so we had to take 2 rooms and me and my wife had to stay in separate rooms. The rooms are small, cold and full of very ancient and broken staff, including the heating system (we had less than 20 degrees in the room). Blankets are from the ‘80s, carpet is dirty. Breakfast is of lower quality than a 2 stars hotel everywhere else. Very bad experience overall (except for the kids who enjoyed staying in one bed in 3 for warming each other). We complained and the reply was even worse. Not to recommend.

Hotel fantastico, struttura moderna ma ben inserita nel contesto gradese, a due passi (due) dal mare,molto elegante Camera piccola ma funzionale ben arredata , pulita, con terrazza enorme, fantastica. Terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano con bar, ristorante e piscina (estiva). Personale super gentile e disponibile: arrivati tardi la sera, la cucina già chiusa, ci hanno comunque offerto ( gratis) panini con prosciutto s. Daniele 30 mesi e due bicchieri di vino. Molti buona e varia di cibo e bevande la colazione.

Al Fonzari mi sento a casa. Per me, il posto miglior a Grado! Camere pulite, silenziose, molto belle. Il personale è sempre gentile. La colazione è molto buona. L’hotel è situato in una posizione molto centrale ed è comunque molto tranquillo. Alla prossima!

Una tranquilla settimana di ferie. Struttura in posizione strategica. Colazioni abbondanti e locale molto pulito. Bella la piscina e il bar al rooftop. La stanza 603A piccola per due persone. Il tutto avrebbe bisogno di essere ammodernato. E ne gioverebbe parecchio. Le 4 stelle vanno meritate. Grande delusione il "responsabile" del garage. Ne ha combinate peggio di Bertoldo.

hotel in ottima posizione sia per l'accesso alla zona pedonale sia per le spiagge. Bella la piscina con una vista stupenda sulla città e sul mare. Arredi interni stile hotel business. I tre pallini si giustificano a seguito della scarsa qualità della colazione e dell'impressione complessiva degli interni non del tutto allineati ad uno standard da 4 stelle. Il prezzo è' risultato eccessivo rispetto al livello reale della struttura. Non mi sento di consigliarlo alle tariffe attuali

Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum, der Standard sehr gute, das Management läßt zu wünschen übrig, aber die Zimmer waren ok, sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. An der Rezeption wäre eine Nachschulung förderlich, sonst hat alles gepasst.
