Generally to all considering this hotel - try to avoid. It's not worth the money, try any other hotel in the area. 1. Check-in / check-out - reception was good and smooth. 2. Parking service - very helpful, thank you very much! 3. The location is good: the city center. That's it for the good part, now the bad part. 1. Rooms are old and outdated. Beds are old, sofa was old, everything is 2000. Got no issues with the old style hotel but, some furniture is simply broken or extremely used. In my room there was a boiler installed in the closet. Was generating heat and noise. The bed frame was broken... Was twice fixing it myself, last time I gave up. Lots of drilled tiles, glue and cracks all over the bathroom. Like someone was doing repairs (which is understandable, and appreciated) but did not try to make it look nice after repair was done. 2. Last night before departure some strange insect appeared in the room. Felt like a radioactive cockroach from fallout or cockamouse from how I met your mother. It went back to the ventilation so I had to sleep with the lights on. I am not joking - it was huge, not a small bug. 3. The pool was closed. Yup. That's it. The hotel that has a pool has closed the pool because it's not ready for the season yet. No notice on the website or at any booking services. Talked at the reception, they advised me to write an official complaint... Did that - 3 weeks of silence. That brings me to the conclusion that hotel staff do not care about their reputation - they care only about income. If so one more reason to stay away. 4. Breakfast was so so. One morning we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant nearby :) Overall, guys seriously pick another hotel in the area. Do not bother with this one, there should be better options from the owners that care about their hotel, customers and reputation. This one does not, which is sad because it feels like the hotel was great 20 years ago.

They were very nice as we got a bigger room than we ordered. Very nice gift in the room (panettone, champagne). Unfrtunately this hotel is a little bit old and poor quality for everything, everywhere... The room is old quality, so basic hotel... 3 star hotel rather than 4. The bar and restaurant were closed during this Christmas period. Breakfast was of excellent quality and generous. Once we kept him for a few nights but he was not our favourite...

Very poor quality hotel for everything. I had to stay there for one night since my house in Grado had some issues with the heating. We are a family of 5 and requested to stay in one room and they refused it, so we had to take 2 rooms and me and my wife had to stay in separate rooms. The rooms are small, cold and full of very ancient and broken staff, including the heating system (we had less than 20 degrees in the room). Blankets are from the ‘80s, carpet is dirty. Breakfast is of lower quality than a 2 stars hotel everywhere else. Very bad experience overall (except for the kids who enjoyed staying in one bed in 3 for warming each other). We complained and the reply was even worse. Not to recommend.

Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich! Alles war sauber und hygienisch! Auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt phantastisch in der Innenstadt und besitzt eine Garage über 2 Stockwerke. Die e-Bikes sollte man nutzen denn es gibt eine tolle Fahrrad-App und exquisite Radwege. Zur Mole und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter! Bleibt noch zu erwähnen, dass das Frühstücksbuffet mehr als reichlich und vielfältig ist. Waren gerne dort.

Die Panoramasuite ein Traum, das Bad winzig mit noch winzigerer Duschkabine (Plastikfertigteil). Frühstücksbuffet durchschnittlich Pool am Dach sehr sauber und erfrischend, die Liegen größtenteils kaputt, zu wenig Schirme. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Capitati su consiglio di un amico per fare un semplice aperitivo nella splendida terrazza lo abbiamo fatto diventare un piacevole pranzo. Aperitivo con cocktails curati e con prezzi corretti. per quanto riguarda il pranzo invece: Il personaggio è cordiale e molto disponibile, propone un menù curato: io ho optato per una tartare di tonno e la mia compagna con una spaghettata alle vongole. Abbiamo poi concluso con una splendida orata al forno. Ottimi vini ( siamo stati seguiti al calice abbinando vini diversi ad ogni portata) Un ringraziamento speciale al responsabile di sal Andrea che ci ha coccolato. Consigliatissimo

Unser Aufenthalt im Fonzari Hotel in Grado hatte gemischte Eindrücke hinterlassen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das durchweg äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Hier fühlten wir uns bestens betreut. Das Hotel selbst hat sicherlich schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und könnte von einer Modernisierung profitieren. Dennoch war es erfreulich sauber, was uns sehr wichtig war. Der Speisesaal wirkte während unseres Abendessens eher verlassen und wenig belebt. Dies trug nicht gerade zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Ein weiterer Punkt, der das Frühstückserlebnis trübte, war die begrenzte Anzahl an Tischen, wodurch wir morgens Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen mussten. Leider entsprach das angebotene Abendessen überhaupt nicht unserem Geschmack. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Abwechslung und eine ansprechendere Auswahl gewünscht. Insgesamt bietet das Fonzari Hotel eine freundliche Personalbetreuung und Sauberkeit, bedarf aber einer grundlegenden Auffrischung und einer deutlichen Verbesserung des kulinarischen Angebots am Abend sowie der Kapazitäten im Frühstücksbereich, um einen rundum positiven Eindruck zu hinterlassen.

L'hôtel serait bien situé mais.......lorsque nous reçûmes les chambres, les toilettes étaient encore en réparation.....sur le balcon il y a des taches rouges sur la table et on a l'impression que ce sont des taches de sang. Sur une des chaises il y a un coussin sale, l'autre chaise n'en a pas du tout et les chaises en elle-même sont sales. Les matelas sont des vrais baignoires, horrible, il n'y a pas de duvet, seulement le drap et le couvre-lit. Si la porte de la salle de bain est fermée un moment, on sent bien le moisi. Le rouleau de papier de toilette est difficilement atteignable lorsque vous êtes assis sur les toilettes. La douche est sale, partout des taches d'eau. La robinetterie est abîmée. La chemise de nuit est simplement en désordre sur la table de nuit. Buffet petit déjeuner: beaucoup de douceur, choses douces, pas beaucoup de bon pain.....
