Ideal location. NO PARKING only for 4 cars. Staff are very friendly, lady owner exceedingly rude & miserable to paying guests. We had a fire alarm go off at 2:30 in the morning, the guest came down and assembled at the muster point, to find no hotel staff in attendance, after 10 to 15 minutes us the guests started to re-enter the hotel at which time the night watchman tells us it was a false alarm. Had this had been a real fire incident heaven’s knows what the outcome would have been as no one was there to do a guest check list. Food for breakfast was ok, only one coffee machine for the whole of the guests.

Parking slot at the hotel cannot be reserved and you need to drive around the area to park your car.
Furniture is extremely outdated. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything: conversations, the toilet flushing next door, and from the floor above...
Area is good but it's a longer walk to downtown.
Breakfast is ok but that's Italy: I would be fine without breakfast and rather do not pay for it than having a mediocre breakfast buffet.

We had a tremendous experience here. Spotlessly clean. Great Breakfast. Will definitely be back. Spacious room. 2 Adults 2 teenagers in bunk beds. My son is very tall and had adequate space. Couldn't ask for more. Nice small family hotel. We parked 100M away and left it for the entire weekend. We just used the free bikes to get around. And oh yeh Great value too.

The location is fine and general condition is good.
Additionally ,the choices of breakfast are many.
The only disadvantage is that the wall of room was so thin, I could hear every sound from next room....

Ho soggiornato qui con un gruppo di amici durante un tour in bicicletta. Fin dai primi contatti ottima disponibilità ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Camere nella norma (qualche piccolo problema (mancava kit di cortesia/phon non funzionante) ma nulla di irrisolvibile in rapporto alla cortesia dimostrata. Colazione ottima e molto ricca. Consigliato assolutamente.

Vacanza di 3 giorni con moglie e figlio.Ottimo punto di appoggio ,stanze ben curate ,buona colazione con molti prodotti sia dolce che salato,possibilità parcheggio a pagamento fuori dall'hotel oppure a poca distanza parcheggio libero sia in strada che in un piazzale.Direi miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo .
