We arrived by car, and after negotiating the streets of Grado arrived at the garage. The staff were amazing they unloaded the car. All the bags were put on a trolly and we only had to use the lift to reception. The staff here were very helpful and we were soon in our room with a large balcony. The breakfast was superb and dinning in the evening by the pool was great.The indoor pool was large and warm.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick. Allerdings war unsere Dusche in der Badewanne integriert - wäre für behinderte Personen wohl nicht geeignet gewesen.

Hotel señorial, un tanto antiguo. Limpio y correcto. Solo pasamos una noche de camino a otra ciudad. Muy bien ubicado. El personal del parking muy amables. En la recepción el señor que nos atendió serio y correcto. Visitamos la piscina climatizada pero no pudimos usarla ya que llegamos tarde, cerraba a las 19:30 h. El desayuno muy bien. El desayunador es un lugar grande y formal. Es un hotel recomendable.

...siamo clienti repeters del Grand Hotel Astoria e, inevitabilmente, come in tutti gli hotels nei quali diventi repeters, si possono riscontrare delle differenze tra un anno e l'altro oppure tra una stagiione e l'altra. Nel caso del GH Astoria questo non si verifica. L'Hotel, si, forse un po' ''stanco'' nelle camere e nel piano bar, e' sempre all'altezza di un 4s.Il video del piano bar , ad esempio, ci esce dalle orecchie e degli occhi. Suggeriremmo un cambio perche' diventa annoiante dopo anni di visione ... Il Team,tutto,dall'ultimo dei facchini alla direzione, lavora per la buona riuscita di una vacanza tanto anelata.La punta di diamante e' certamente la cucina, lo staff dei camerieri, le governanti e la loro pulizia impeccabile (noi risiedevamo al 6°piano), senza dimenticare la reception - veloci, svelti, pronti , sotto l'occhio vigile della Direttrice ed i ragazzi del garage che sono dei maghi nella gestione delle auto e super disponibili sempre. Non dimentichiamo i ragazzi che puliscono le parti comuni , gentili, sorridenti, capaci..insomma, mi sono resa conto che la punta di diamante e' costituita da un tripudio di brillantini che tutti insieme formano un diamante prezioso! Quindi non ci sono punti negativi ? si, uno lo dobbiamo, nostro malgrado segnalare. A colazione, ma anche a cena, gli ospiti dell'hotel non si limitano a mangiare cio' che il loro stomaco contiene ma fanno incetta di ogni ben di Dio per poi lasciare il cibo sul tavolo non consumato in grande quantita'. E la cosa non e' finita qui. E'inconcepibile vedere persone che prendono , a colazione, 20/30 panini , etti ed etti di affettato per farsi il pranzo quotidiano o la merenda, riempendo i loro zaini Questo non e' ammissibile per rispetto verso gli altri ospiti e verso chi non ha da mangiare. Non esiste che si debba pagare un 'extra' di consumazione quando ci sono personaggi di basso livello che consumano chili di cibo esportandolo dal ristorante 'GRATIS'. Ecco, questo non lo permetterei da parte della Direzione e della Proprieta' a costo di avere recensioni negative su questo lato. E' una questione di mero rispetto anche verso gli ospiti che si comportano in modo civile e rispettoso e che pagano quanto richiesto e non 'compreso' Concludiamo ringraziando davvero tutti per la professionalita' che dimostrano a tutti noi clienti ogni giorno anche in momenti di vera criticita'. Un grande albergo a Grado, prossimo alla spiaggia e al centro storico, che dispone dei servizi tipici degli hotel di questa categoria (piscina coperta e scoperta, SPA, trattamento viso - corpo), in un ambiente raffinato ed elegante. Anche la nostra camera "superior" ha quindi soddisfatto pienamente le attese, con gli spazi comodi e funzionali. Se si vuole fare un appunto, si può segnalare la cabina doccia, di dimensioni ridotte con la presenza del solo "doccino" flessibile e non del "soffione" centrale. Bene il ristorante Gran Salle per la mezza pensione, con la cena servita al tavolo e due ampi e vari buffet di antipasti e dolci. In definitiva la scelta del giusto albergo, ad un prezzo direi adeguato alla qualità dell'offerta.

Das Grand Hotel Astoria ist immer noch ein schönes Hotel in bester Lage Grados, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und mit einigen Mängeln: Insbesondere die Küche des Hauses ist nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, wir haben einmal das abendliche Buffet ausprobiert, aber waren doch recht enttäuscht. Hier bietet die Altstadt Grados weit bessere Möglichkeiten. Ein Fitnessstudio (Gym) existiert nicht wirklich und auch der Wellnessbereich gehört dringend mal renoviert. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und wenn man Pech hat mit wenig Ausblick. Man sollte sich hier ein großzügiges Eckzimmer gönnen, um das Hotel genießen zu können.

Hotel storico sulla passeggiata di Grado. Ambienti tenuti bene, sala ristorante molto grande. La cena buona con un vasto buffet di antipasti e scelta tra diversi primi e secondi. Buffet della colazione ottimo, anche se distribuito in diverse zone della sala e perciò non visibile subito. La mia camera era una Junior Suite al quinto piano e per fortuna aveva una grande terrazza laterale con una bella vista sul mare. L’ arredamento della camera un po’ datato ma tenuto bene. Ottimo il servizio garage. Tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, veramente gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca che mi permetto di scrivere, è che il check-in alle 16 mi sembra troppo tardi. Soprattutto per chi come me si ferma solo per una notte.

Ich wollte meine Anliegen nicht über die Rezessionen schreiben, sondern dem Hotel ein kurzes Feedback persönlich geben, was mir leider nicht möglich war. Ich bin aber so wütend über die Rezeption und Vieles mehr. Ich weiß nicht, dass es zumutbar ist, keine Beschwerde persönlich abzugeben. Ich kann nicht oft genug wiederholen, wie uns dieser Urlaub durch den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel vermiest wurde. Nichteinmal am letzten Tag, war es möglich mit einem kompetenten Mitarbeiter zu sprechen. Ich konnte 3 Tage nicht duschen, weil ich es nicht ohne Hilfe schaffte, in diese Minidusche hinein- und speziell herauskommen und ich bin nicht übergewichtig, sondern leicht körperlich behindert. Wie im Mittelalter waschte ich mich, bei nicht zu temperierenden Wasserhähnen. Auch das Zimmer war wirklich traurig und dunkel und vermittelte uns keine Freude und das obendrein bei dem Wetter, wo wir doch öfters am Zimmer waren. Bei dem Sturm konnten wir kaum schlafen, da die Türe nicht gut schließt und immer geklappert hat. Bei der Klimaanlage im Zimmer hängen die Tapetenfetzen herunter etc. Dieses Zimmer 405 ist mit Sicherheit kein 4 Stern plus. Unser Urlaub ist war wie gesagt überschattet von diesen vielen Ärgernissen.
