Lovely camp with really great mobile homes. A lot entertaining, sports, pool. We will for sure come back. Great camp for families with dogs. Large area for outside walking. We will for sure come very soon back. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and well-kept cabin. Thumbs up to the cleaning team! Fully equipped utensils for cooking and meals. Illy coffee machine and cap are available in the cabin. Tea bags were also included. Clean surrounding, although there is ongoing construction. Activities available at the stage/bistro area. Excellent DJ/organiser that creates a fun filled environment. Sadly, there were too few guests during this time. Negative points: - Check-in time is at 5pm. This is very late, considering the check out time is at 10 am the following day - Reception is not efficient, and information is not standard among different staffs. There were 5 receptionists at the desk and only 3 customers at the time. However, we had to wait a long time.

Disaster 10/10 dont recommend - total rip off. We came for a 60th bday & there were 0 ameneties, staff incompetent and head office unreachable. Terrible and a complete let down. So disappointing and they did nothing to remedy our situation. Horrible.

It’s a tired resort. But I’m writing this at 20 pat midnight with a loud band blaring out from somewhere nearby for the second night running. I phoned reception but there is nothing they can do … The accommodation is overpriced, the beach has nice sand and is good for dog walking but not families. The pool bar is nice, but food expensive. I honestly would not recommend anyone stay here, unless you’re desperate to waste money and sleep badly. The “kite bar” is pleasant and the staff are friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience. We also had a week in Croatia at a resort, and it was in a totally different league to this. Tentu Primero … not so primero.

it has been a great time - great service, friendly team at the reception, the cleaning and the staff at the restaurant. helpful with all questions. the bungalow was extremely well kept - daily water, espresso. cleaning perfect. bikes kept in good shape, was able to load my electric car. pool and music very professional

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda volta al Tenuta Primero, ma questa volta in inverno. È stata una splendida conferma!L'estate scorsa in un Cottage Premium è stato stupendo, e l'esperienza avuta in questi giorni invernali nel Cottage Deluxe è stata straordinaria. Tutto pulito, pieno di ogni comfort, spazioso e luminoso. Camere ampie e pulite, prese elettriche accanto al letto, condizionatori e armadi spaziosi. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè, microonde, fornello 4 fuochi a gas con cappa aspirante centrale molto efficiente e un bel frigorifero ampio. 2 bagni (uno in ogni camera) con ampia doccia e bidet. Abbiamo chiesto in dotazione un lettino per la piccola e un seggiolone pappa, perfetti e in ottimo stato. Riscaldamento super efficiente nonostante il periodo invernale. Il cottage è risultato sempre caldo e mai umido.Il servizio di pulizia è stato impeccabile, e chi ci lavora è sempre disponibile, gentile e professionale. Abbiamo già prenotato per quest' estate. Ormai per noi è una garanzia! Sono le piccole attenzioni che rendono una vacanza ineccepibile, e qui sono attenti al dettaglio! Grazie di cuore...non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Wir waren soeben mit unseren beiden Hunden im neuen Club del Sole Tenuta Primero und waren begeistert! Und ja, wir kennen das Resort auch von letztem Sommer und auch da hat es uns sehr gut gefallen :-) Es ist jetzt ein anderes Konzept, es ist etwas gewachsen, weil nun in die Parkanlagen weitere schöne Mobilhomes, sogenannte Lodges, hinzugekommen sind und die sich super in die Resortlandschaft einfügen. Es ist alles jetzt etwas lebhafter, aber dennoch ruhig und angenehm, das Personal ist freundlich, bemüht und witzig, das Essen gut! Und: es ist superhundefreundlich und in den Sommermonaten ist sogar ein Hundetrainer vor Ort. Alles in allem, man kann dort einen entspannten Hundeurlaub verbringen und weiterhin - auch nach dem Eigentümerwechsel - die Zeit dort genießen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un alloggio bellissimo, con arredi pazzeschi, immerso nella natura e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Animazione da 10 e lode, buonissime le colazioni e la pizza. Servizio impeccabile, rapido e prezzi ottimi. Davanti al villaggio c’è un campo da golf molto grande, e a pochi passi anche una marina. Torneremo anche quest’estate!
