Tui Magic Life Rixos Beldibi +16

I am writing due to being extremely disappointed with my stay at TUI Blue Rixos Beldibi. From the very first night, I suffered from food poisoning after eating at the hotel, which completely ruined my holiday. I was ill for the entire trip, stuck in my room for four days, unable to enjoy any of the activities me and my partner had planned. This was especially upsetting as I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and instead of enjoying excursions, I spent the day and evening in bed. We also missed out on visiting the Land of Legends theme park due to the sickness as well. My partner and I have only been able to eat plain pasta, rice, and drink water, during the stay not being able to enjoy any of the restaurants. We experienced severe sickness, diarrhea, and cramping, leaving us with no energy to enjoy the facilities or even spend time outside in the sun. Additionally, I witnessed something very disturbing that raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and treatment of animals. I saw behind the kitchen door that a cat was thrown into a wheelie bin and duct-taped while it was screaming. This behavior is not only inhumane but also raises significant red flags about the hygiene and standards of the kitchen. Moreover, we noticed that many glasses had lipstick marks and dirt all over them, which made us avoid having any soft drinks during our stay. This lack of cleanliness is simply unacceptable and contributed to our overall negative experience. This was meant to be a relaxing holiday, but instead, it has been a nightmare. The fact that this occurred right at the beginning of our stay is completely unacceptable, and we feel we have lost the experience we paid for. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, as I believe guests should be compensated for significant issues like this, I feel deeply let down by the standards here.
NG Phaselis Bay

Stayed as a family end of October/early November. The hotel was really well maintained and kept very clean. Observations are: Food: Buffet okay, but as a previous reviewer mentioned, you have to ask for most of the items to be plated for you, which means you don't always get what you've asked for. Eggs at breakfast generally overcooked, with the exception of the omelettes which were fab. Most things (that should be hot) were luke warm. Pastries were like dry cardboard. The standard of the a la carte restaurants wasn't great. We ate at Scallops (fish restaurant) where the paella was just reheated rice (with no flavour) and one prawn, one mussel, one clam, etc. I did complain about this and they said that the executive chef knows it isn't cooked as it should be, but they don't have the correct pans to cook paella??? Certainly not worth 50 euros a head. The steak restaurant (Chefsteak) was okay, but chateaubriand was presented as tournedos and very few steaks were available on our last night - probably running down stock towards the end of the season. Again, probably not worth 50 euros a head. We also ate at Nautilus, which was truly appalling: it felt like a second-rate cafe, tucked out of the way in the hillside building. Staff were of a much lower standard than the main building restaurants. I think we were in and out in fifteen minutes flat and went to the buffet. After these experiences we didn't risk the other restaurants (certainly not for 200 euros) and actually ate off-site one evening. Lunch at the beach bar was okay, but very small portions. The chicken schnitzel looked like something from the frozen meal section in Iceland (I can only imagine...) as it was reformed plastic chicken. It tasted of nothing and was tiny. Surely a chicken or veal schnitzel shouldn't be too taxing to cook? One general issue was that you couldn't look at any of the menus until you were in the restaurants, or if you sneaked in and scanned the QR code - or if you could find them anywhere we weren't made aware of this. Bars: Main bar (Monte Cristo) was okay, but service was a little hit-and-miss, as was the Lobby bar. They have lots of cocktails displayed on screens around the place, but the QR code drinks list only had a few examples on there. We left the Monte Cristo early most evenings due to screeching Karaoke or similar nonsense, all played out to a soundtrack of fellow (Russian) guests watching nonsense on their phones at full volume. Rooms: We had a pair of Deluxe sea view rooms in the main building. These were absolutely fine, well cleaned on a daily basis and the showers were powerful and hot. Views across the bay from the balcony were lovely. Pools/Outdoor area: The main pool was fine, but all the sunbeds around it were crammed together. There were very few spaces, if any, where you could be 'on your own'. All the aquafit classes took place in the pool to a banging soundtrack (which we asked to be turned down) and this added to the fact that it w
Amara Comfort Resort

We visited Loxia comfort on November 26-29, 2023 as a family of four. I especially liked the hotel area - green, pine trees all around, mountains and the sea nearby. The beach is small pebbles, almost sand, which is very convenient. In the sea there is a small rock formation in the form of a reef, where there are a lot of all kinds of fish, I saw a crab in the rocks, cuttlefish swim in schools. Nature is truly alive, there is something to compare it with. The food is also ok, everything is there. The cocktails in the lobby bar are decent, especially signature ones from Loxia. The animation for children is a little weak, because of this I had to change the hotel to a higher level; at the reception they don’t speak Russian at all. Room cleaning suffers, even a tip of 100 liras did not help significantly. In principle, the norm is for those who love silence and nature.
Mirada Del Mar Hotel

We have been to Turkey 7 times and have always enjoyed our stay at the various hotels we have chosen. This was our second time staying at the Mirada Del Mar along with my wife's sister and husband. My wife's sister makes all the arrangements for both her and her husband and ours through her travel agent in St. Petersburg Russia. Hotels, flights, and airport transfers are all paid months in advance. We checked in on the early evening of October 14th. The two young women at the check-in counter asked for our passports and when we presented our United States passports, we were informed that because we were checking in with U.S. Passports and not Russian passports there would be extra charges that needed to be paid. This was supposedly due to currency exchange rates between Russian and United States currency. This did not happen last year when we checked in so we instantly knew something was wrong. Without that prior knowledge, we would have just paid the charges not knowing they were not necessary. My wife pointed out that she has both U.S. and Russian passports but only brought our U.S. passports on this trip. The woman said she needed to produce a Russian Passport or we would have to pay the extra charges. We were fortunate enough to be able to contact her sister's travel agent in St. Petersburg, after work hours, who sent us a digital image of my wife's passport. The women reluctantly accepted this as proof, but said it was only temporary. They said they would check with their supervisors the next morning. We never heard anything else from anyone so we believed everything was fine, and it was. When my wife's sister contacted the travel agent, the agent became quite agitated. She stated that the two women had no good reason to even bring up this matter, that there were no extra charges required, and the women should have known better. She expressed her disappointment with Mirada Del Mar at that moment. This should never have happened. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mirada. I have very finicky eating habits but I was always able to enjoy a very good meal at each of the 3 mealtimes. At breakfast time I got to know Kahn, I hope that is the correct spelling of his name. He was working at the beverage bar and after the second day, he recognized me and knew that I would be asking for 2 glasses of orange juice which I did 2 times each morning. I had the same results over at the fried egg station. I like scrambled eggs. After ordering them for two days, the gentleman there recognized me and I didn't even have to ask him for the rest of our stay for my 4 scrambled eggs. He just knew. The women at the guest services desk were able to quickly and very pleasantly handle any internet problems we were having on our various devices and were a delight to work with. The hotel staff would always promptly notify everyone about stormy weather and when to stay out of the water. I enjoyed having ice cream which was available for several hours during the da
Karmir Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

I am currently staying here with my partner. We are so impressed with this hotel. We upgraded our room, and it really is fabulous. The food is incredible. I've never seen so much food at an all-inclusive. Even if they served the same food every evening, you could have something different for 2 weeks or more. Snack bar is the perfect alternative at lunch time, burgers, pizza donner and fries. Drinks are strong! Not keen on the beer but the cocktails are strong and very tasty. Animation team are brilliant, and friendy Anistasia comes over to chat every day and they work so hard and are so friendly. The bar and restaurant staff are all lovely. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are cleaned well and we don't have a bad word to say about it. I've already told everyone back at home that have to visit. It's the best all inclusive we have stayed at in a long time. If you have booked you will have an in credible time. We still have a week left and I've never written a review before arriving back in the UK. This place really is amazing.

Lovely hotel and if you were here as a family it'd be wonderful. However, as a honeymoon destination I would look further. Staff is friendly and professional. Food is tasty. Drinks are good. Entertainment team is exactly what you expect, big thumbs up to them. The mini bar in the room is refilled daily which is a big bonus. The room is a tad basic even though we booked a bungalow, making an assumption this would be one of the better rooms. However we now suspect that all the rooms are virtually the same apart from room size. We wish this would have been better stated and informed upon booking. We had to inform the hotel about it being our honeymoon, which is fine but it would have been nice to be asked rather than having to tell. Perhaps on check in, staff could ask if you're here for a specific reason. We have after been provided with an offer of breakfast in bed and a romantic dinner, both which we are looking forward to experiencing.
