Mirada Del Mar Hotel

The hotel was perfect in every sense. It is a very suitable hotel for children. We thank Ms. Saliha for the events.The hotel was very clean and helpful in everything. We want to come again!

The hotel is just amazing, staff is very helpful and smiling face. The territory of the hotel is huge, lots of green area, even they have their own mini zoo. Lots of restaurants and bars, big choice of food. Every day there are different programs, shows, kids club, with lovely girls who play with them. I would definitely come back there again. One request, at the aquapark please put some plastic carpet, as everyone falling down there it is so slippery, my kid slipped there and hit her head. Our holiday could end badly. Special thanks to Aysen Hanim at the reception she was so helpful and nice! Thank you and see you next year!

Very nice hotel The entertainment there is very good, specifically Mariana. The food is nice a lot of variety, and the service amazing the shows the in the evening really good and nice parties as well definitely I would come back again 😀 👍 🙂 😊

Early May was pretty much cool, windy afternoons and chilly nights. thats why we spent all our ten days by the swimming pool, entertained by friendly and cheerful animation team. Kudos to Angela, Nikita, Larisa, Marian and Alla for all the activities they involved the guests in. Great variety of dishes accompanied by the seasonal fruits, special thanks to Chefs who always are in a dinning hall while service time, opened for a feedback and feasible requests. The lifeguard is always watching the pools. Dang, everyone is working so hard, doing their best to cater to the guests needs. Awsome hotel, but if you want to enjoy your vacation you must avoid going to massage center, unfortunately you will lose your money for disservice. A very good hotel, with multiples and differents activities, the food was excellent, the pools were clean, the hotel has also a wonderful private beach. The only thing I didn't like in the hotel is the massage center, it was a big disappoin**ent.  In fact, I hesitated to do a massage session since there were no comments available on the internet and I noticed during my prencence in the hotel that the center was not frequented by clients. To attract customers, the SPA offers 15 minutes of massage to do a test, depending on this test the customer can decide to continue or not. I did the first 15 minutes of massage and then I decided to stop because the masseur was terrible.  following my decision, a man presented himself in the massage place as the head of the masseur, he came to put pressure on me and insisted that I do an additional hour in a very unpleasant way, he almost insulted me because I decided not to continue. I was surprised that the so-called manager of the massage team created a very negative a**osphere in an environment that was supposed to be a relaxing place. This mistrea**ent was enough to ruin my stay at the hotel. Thank's soo much to the lady at the customer service, who speaks English very well and was attentive and understandable. Thank's also to all the servers for their quality of service and their efforts to ensure that vacationers have a very pleasant time.  I will definitely come back to the hotel despite the bad SPA experience

Everything was excellent talking about the service, a very good talking about the hotel rooms it seems like we're good, talking about the entertainment of the kids the sport animation for the kids our best they take all of our kids and they was happy

Thank you for hospitality. Staff are very very good and kindness, all meals are very delicious. Thank you so much especially Ms. Salish and Mr Ufuk. They are very interested to all guest. Kids club is very beautiful and its responsibles are perfect. I will back again and give good references to all friends.

We´ve been enjoying family vacation in this hotel for 11 days and I can say it was marvelous. Food was always good and perfectly cooked, staff was really friendly also staff in beachbar. We had good time with entertainment crew playing waterpolo or darts. Beach was decent and clean, mind the big rocks in the sea when you enter (i cut my finger). Pier is really nice, you can watch nice sunsets in the evening. Only trouble was the beachbar is closing really early and we had top move inside the hotel while hotel manager was shouting at us. It was´nt really necessary. Exept this unfortunate thing we loved the stay and hope some day we´ll visit again :)

Here is our honest review. Pluses: + The huge, beautiful, well-cared territory. It was such a pleasure to have a long walks. Perfect for families with kids. A lot of activities for them. + The excellent food, which varies from day to day. A huge THANK YOU to the kitchen staff. There are a lot of snack bars, so you will not be hungry. There is also a nice bakery, where we enjoyed fresh tasty macaroons and coffee. + The big comfortable beach. There is always a place, so that you do not have to run and occupy it early in the morning:) + Wonderful house-keeping service. Every-day cleaning and changing towels and bed sheets. Minuses: - The staff could be more affable/friendly. This is my very first time there in Turkey when I experienced a kind of indifference. I can hardly remember even a smile. Minimum interaction. Some barmen are honestly rude. Spa-center staff were very angry when we took 3 massages instead of everyday massage which they insistently recommended. Our request to bring the luggage to the reception when we checked out was ignored, so that we were forced to carry it ourselves from the another building. - Lack of common understanding for staff and guests. There is almost no chance to speak English, just a bit Russian. Mainly Turkish or gesture language. - The animation was very poor, it did not take attention at all. - The hotel really misses renovation. Though it is very clean, it does not look like a 5 star hotel. There are a main building with a renovated rooms (though need some renovation), and the other one called "Garden Chalet" which is not renovated at all: poor lightning, old furniture, some broken doors. However I recommend not to consider a main building, as it is very loud there during evenings and nights.
