The staff at this small hotel were the nicest part of the place. However the condition of the room we got was unfortunately subpar. I was chasing two mosquitoes in our bathroom (where did they come from?) and with my headlamp I nailed one of them... the other got away. But in that fiasco, I could see the sheer amount of lack of maintenance by the room crew - the cobwebs on the toilet ceiling was baffling. If it’s an isolated place, with no one staying, sure... but it was a hotel! That aside, the mattress that I used was probably really old as I felt that I was going to slide off it... probably a sensation exacerbated by my sore neck. Room lighting was dim, and we were issued a Hitachi remote control for the Samsung LCD TV. The York aircon had this humming sound throughout the two nights we were there - but thankfully worked. I believe I also saw a massive water filtration filter outside of the hotel itself - so the water seems to be potable already. Nevertheless I also had my personal water filtration unit to do a second round, and we drank the tap water without ill effects.

Compared with several other small hotels in the vicinity, this hotel is definitely above them all in terms of comfort - nice bed with good pillows, beautiful decor, good showers too. But the room with a large double bed does not leave much space to move about. Breakfast is very basic, provided in several sets, out of which you have to choose only one.

Was great! Not very crowded and easy car parking

We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay.
STAFF :-
They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service.
LIFT :-
It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up 😅
OVERALL :-
The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine.

I love the room spacious and clean. Aircond is cold. The bathtub is okay. Location wise is quite far from the city centre but depends on people's preference, for me i enjoyed the quietness far from KL hectic traffic. The view is nice, we got the Istana Negara view with the background of the 4 skyscrapers although it's a bit far but okay with the low price compared to other similar hotel😅 the breakfast buffet was awesome. We loved the Nasi Lemak and Miso Soup! I mean which hotel served miso soup like this one 😍 unfortunately no free parking. Only a flat rate of rm3.50 plus per day. Need to validate the tng 1st before going out. The only negative side is the hairdryer, ive requested to replace but the guy returned with the same hairdryer. A bit disappointed but nvm. Overall i loved our time here!

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Eastin. The interior feels old but we loved how the whole place is very nice.
Room: bathtub is big, bed is comfy, pillows a little too flat/soft (personal preference), comfortable lighting
Breakfast: It's so-so, not very tasty, not a lot of variety. But good enough. Good selection of cheeses (cheese lover here). Must get their half boiled eggs, really creamy and eggy.
Swimming pool: It doesn't seem like their pump is on. Feels like still water and there's some dirt floating around.
Location: it's easy to get grab, train station is nearby, so we're happy.

1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲
2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle.
3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small.

This is a new hotel and i love it! It can't get any better for this price range. I love the gym as it allows me to do a thorough workout. There is a beautiful pool but a bit small though. There is ba*****t parking. The room size is comfortable and the beds are comfortable. What's most amazing, this is the first hotel I've been to that has bolsters! There is a water cooler at the hallway where you can get cold and hot water. The location of the hotel is just around the Malay area and there are plenty of food stalls that you can sample from.

GGuest UserFor a 4-Star hotel, the facilities and service are on par with other hotels in the region and the price is reasonable. The only setback was that after parking the car in the basement, I could not open the door acess to the hotel lift because I did not have the pin number that was required to open the door. Luckily a maintenance crew who was passing by helped me to open the door. When I qestioned the receptionist, I was told that we must call them to obtain the pin number and open the door. I feel this is quite absurd because it was not mentioned while I did the booking on the internet, nor was there any message from the hotel about this requirement.

Hhabsahmohd85The hotel is worth the price of the last minute booking and the weekend plk ms. The car parking lot is hanging for luck too. Only 1 parking lot is reserved by the hotel for customers. But there are still other lots. Faster he can get 😂 .
There is a theme park nearby to visit. Breakfast x is provided but there is a grocery store nearby. Overall, ok 🤗

GGuest UserAll went well … Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasn’t solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.

2. Quite spacious for 2 people and relatively clean room.
3. Shower heater and air cond work fine.
Cons
1. Got ant issue and was visited by 1 super big cockroach at 1 night.
2. Old aircond, so not so cold, even after 2 days left open.
3. Different types of bed mattresses: 1 springy and 1 not.
4. No lift, and needs to climb to the 3 rd floor
5. Only 2 plugs.
6. Door security a bit lacking: only door knob lock
Summary: good place for a short stay only.
