- The place is okay. Since it is located around Selayang, we cannot avoid jammed. However, i like the hotel
- sheet is dirty. I don't know how many people use the same sheet
- service is great. I ask for late check out and the receptionist is okay with it. My deposit is not deducted.
- There are pipe leaking on the sink of my bathroom.
Overall, it is okay. I really like the hotel

Compared with several other small hotels in the vicinity, this hotel is definitely above them all in terms of comfort - nice bed with good pillows, beautiful decor, good showers too. But the room with a large double bed does not leave much space to move about. Breakfast is very basic, provided in several sets, out of which you have to choose only one.

Have fridge in room, but the tv is not function lah. Overall everything is okay, will repeat this hotel again & again.

All went well โฆ Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasnโt solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.

We stayed over on 15/03/2022.. It was a reasonably comfortable room.. The staff were very helpful but what beat all was when one family member left a wallet under the bed cover, we were terrified as we hd driven abt 30 mins away from hotel.. I called hotel staff Divi to check our room.. Almost certain she was not going respond as she was busy even when we checked out earlier.. But to our surprise, she answered the phone & listened to us calmly & promised to get back to us.. Abt 5 mins later, she called from our room & told she found the wallet.. The hotel owner is very fortunate to have a staff like Divi.. Lavana don't let Ms Divi go..

AAnonymous UserSoap dispenser and bathroom exhaust fan does not work properly have already informed reception however no action taken everytime was told that maintenance people cannot come, Small cockroaches was found inside the bathroom and crawling inside the room. One of The lift that has staircase at G floor doors does not work properly as the elevator door does not open when the lift arrived at g floor and usually smelly odors can be felt during midnight time, already informed the front desk staff that wears spectacle that works during the morning shift regarding this experience few times but I was told there is nothing that she can do about it because this not her problem and she told me that this is hotel owner responsibility , no courtesy to apologize regarding the inconvenience and refused to feedback to management team.. The other reception staffs are very humble and attentive to customer request. Overall good stay at this hotel just minor issues found as highlighted above.
