For a 4-Star hotel, the facilities and service are on par with other hotels in the region and the price is reasonable. The only setback was that after parking the car in the basement, I could not open the door acess to the hotel lift because I did not have the pin number that was required to open the door. Luckily a maintenance crew who was passing by helped me to open the door. When I qestioned the receptionist, I was told that we must call them to obtain the pin number and open the door. I feel this is quite absurd because it was not mentioned while I did the booking on the internet, nor was there any message from the hotel about this requirement.

Compared with several other small hotels in the vicinity, this hotel is definitely above them all in terms of comfort - nice bed with good pillows, beautiful decor, good showers too. But the room with a large double bed does not leave much space to move about. Breakfast is very basic, provided in several sets, out of which you have to choose only one.

Overall a value for money stay, however there's a few things you must note.
Construction works is still going on at the whole area, and the drop off at lobby is not open. You must go through the parking at level B4 or B3. The carpark is very dusty. It took us 3 times round the block before we found the way.
The view from the pool at level 39 is nice and the gym is huge.
The rooms are very new and clean. My only complaint is the toilet is bare and does not have a shower screen. The toilet gets very wet after showering and there is little place to hand you clothes.

i booked and paid for a family room (1 Queen bed + 1 single bed) but i was given a superior room (1 bed only). The reason given was all family rooms were fully booked and occupied. The staff said there is a faulty in the booking system (third party like Trip.Com). The staff said I was lucky enough since there was only one superior room available. I am surely lucky since my daughter need to go back to Johor. Just left me and my wife. Otherwise the room is not enough for us (3 of us).
overall about the hotel was good, just the booking incident is a bad experience for me. I booked and paid for a family room but was given a superior room.

Such a nice and comfortable place to stay.the room was clean.i stay for 2 night.the staff so helpful and fast respond regards of our enquirues.the area also accessible near to convenience store..mall and lrt station.i stay here for a couple of time. For sure will come for future.recommend

I got a late check in since my flight is at midnight and I was told to get my room key inside the drawer (with permission and a photo with my name)unfortunately I cannot find my Name and uts already 2am and the Mad security guard won't let me touch or open the other drawer And asked me to wait until another MAD person came down and open another drawer and Yes my Key was at another drawer So Yeah He won't give me the Key without Paying 200Ringgit (which didn't mention)and I only have a card
So now I got my room Key so I went to try it and it took me awhile to enter by the Help of Another MAD person
On the next morning in the Lobby the were whispering in there dialect And told me to pay the Deposit, Also need to pay to enter the Skypool so Another MAD person in the pool won't let me enter bcos said it was drizzling but There's people swimming which is I found it so FUNNY
They also didn't mention That there's No toiletries so 🤷 u have to bring ur own

Clean with a nice view and a big room BUT
U have to order a food using GRAB ....Also if u need something u only can chat tru whatsapp ,cannot call
For me it's the STAFF not being Friendly they dnt Smile at all

Beautiful and clean hotel, with friendly staffs! Booked the deluxe room with balcony and I have nothing bad to say. The view and design is nice, room is equipped with Smart TV. There’s laundry machine and coway water refill outside at the public area too. Location is close to all the restaurants/coffeeshops (walking distance). Do note that parking is not free. All in all, an excellent experience!

RRemy LimThis hotel is awesome, despite its a two star hotel, it has a strong air con Daikin, and a ceiling fan, it has all the basic amenities like disposable toothbrush and 3 in 1 shampoo and shower liquid.
On top of that I get to have a nice Mountain View from my room window 😬

NNelly RSuper comfortable and clean room with a strategic location. I stayed here for 2 nights attending a programme at MPM. The best location to stay if you happen to have any occasion at MPM. Easy access to food.

GGuest UserAll went well … Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasn’t solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.

1. Strategic location, surrounded with eatery places like Kyochon, mamak, family mart, steamboat.
2. Quite spacious for 2 people and relatively clean room.
3. Shower heater and air cond work fine.
Cons
1. Got ant issue and was visited by 1 super big cockroach at 1 night.
2. Old aircond, so not so cold, even after 2 days left open.
3. Different types of bed mattresses: 1 springy and 1 not.
4. No lift, and needs to climb to the 3 rd floor
5. Only 2 plugs.
6. Door security a bit lacking: only door knob lock
Summary: good place for a short stay only.
