The two single beds requested were provided but it was not a safe arrangement as one bed was on a really elevated platform (four steps high from the ground) making it not easily accessible and frankly quite unsafe! The room was basic beyond imagination and even for a budget hotel was very poor. The room was on street level and the noise and headlights from the cars passing throughout the night was disturbing. The parking was very expensive and made the overall cost of the overnight stay not good value for money. The whole thing was very disappointing!

Very small room with no amenities provided. Make sure bring your toothbrush and no kettle, cup too. 15 mins walk to city centre, not bad. But very closed to the rail station and intercity bus station.

Pretty much a basic hotel with bare minimum amenities (just a towel) and nothing else. Located right beside the train station but have to take a bus to the central area

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. I will choose to stay in this hotel for my next visit.

Overall, the room is clean and the receptionists are very helpful.
The only thing that disappointed me was that on the second day when I returned to the room, I found a big dead mosquito with its blood on the floor, and there was also a spot of blood on the sheet next to my pillow, which I am sure that it didn’t exist on the first day when I checked in. I hope the staff can be more attentive to such details when cleaning the room. But overall, I am quite satisfied with the stay and would recommend it.

We had some problems and contacted the reception, asked for support, no help was given even on issues where initiative could be taken, I thought customer satisfaction was important for Ibis Hotel but unfortunately it was not, a complete disappointment.
