Great location, near the river and the sight seeing, the staff is friendly. But there are some noise because of the construction inside the hotel

Staff is fantastic. They go out of their way to help you and offer suggestions that will meet your needs. Rooms were smaller but really nice. Would recommend the hotel.

Clean, nice, good location
I had a very comfortable stay at Boutique Hotel Onderbergen. It was easy to find my way here from the train station via tram, and the street it is on is quiet and safe.
It was a very easy walk to the main tourist area, about a 10 minute walk in essentially a straight line. Again, I always felt safe and comfortable.
The room itself was nice. Comfortable mattress, clean bathroom, safe provided in wardrobe, coffee, toiletries.
The reason I didn't give the room 5 stars is because apparently my "class" of room didn't include a refrigerator. For this tier of hotel, that should be expected. I asked the front desk if they had one that they could bring up, and they said no. They did offer (and I accepted) to hold my items in the restaurant refrigerator, which was not ideal but did work out. I would think a hotel like this should at least provide a fridge on request.
Staff was very friendly, provided some sightseeing tips on arrival, held my bags before my room was ready, etc.
I would recommend this accomodation.

Wonderfully welcoming
A wonderful check in experience with a very friendly and informative receptionist who made us feel really very welcome. Room was clean and bright surg everything we needed as a family of four for one night. Location very good, yet quiet at night.
