Gero Royal Hotel Miyabi-Tei

It's friendly, clean, and both dinner and breakfast are delicious.

整體體驗十分滿意，還有說普通話的服務員安排給來自香港的我們，溝通順利。位置上沒有接駁車，但從JR車站走十多分鐘，行李不重的話，還不太遠。酒店很美，入門就有手信店，還有浸腳溫泉池。七樓是男女分開的溫泉池，有露天的池。男湯面向車站方向，早晚看到不同風景。女湯就私隱很好，但沒有什麼風景。好像可以訂男女私人共浴的，但我們今次未有時間試。 房間很大，可以選擇鋪床，住四個人都無問題，但今次只我和女朋友。房外對溪景，晚間特別美，但早上很光，建議自備眼罩才能睡晚點。星期六遇上特別活動，有筤多表演和攤位，很有氣氛。 最後是膳食，早餐和晚餐都不能錯過，可以在幾個指定時間享用。我們住了兩晚，兩天都有不同的餐單，菜式都有招牌飛驒牛和魚生等，但煮法有不同，十分愉快，建議兩晚的不用轉酒店。

The parking lot is a little far away. The building is old but clean. Mr. Nakai, who was in charge, was from overseas, and he explained things according to the manual. The food is reasonably priced. I wanted to decide when to light the Hida beef.

This was my first time staying at a hotel located in Gero Onsen. The cherry blossoms on the Hida River were in full bloom, and the view from the Japanese-style room with a wide veranda was great. Dinner is served in the room. Salmon and tuna sashimi, Hida beef roast and Hoba miso were delicious. Breakfast is served in a recently refurbished dining room. There are various types of large public baths, including an indoor bath, a Mino stone open-air bath, and a rooftop cypress open-air bath. It feels slimy and warms the body. I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of cherry blossoms, the delicious evening and breakfast, and the hot springs that warmed my body and soul.

It is conveniently located along the river. There is a dedicated parking lot not on the premises but a little further away. If you go up the road between the parking lot and the main building, there is a souvenir street, which is convenient. The facilities themselves are quite old, but everything was well maintained and I was able to use it without any complaints. Mr. Nakai was a young and cute person from Myanmar and I had a good impression. Most of the other staff seemed to be foreigners, but they are not dissatisfied and their language is pretty solid. The relatively steep aluminum stairs in the large public bath are a bit scary, but the view from the open-air bath is nice. There are 6 bathtubs for one person in the open-air bath that is replaced the next day? (I think it was). The only thing I'm worried about is that the amount of each faucet is small and the water pressure is low. You have to press 4 to 5 times to fill the bucket, and the water pressure in the shower was not enough for me, who likes strong water pressure. The food was strangely abundant and did not look luxurious, and the seasoning was good and satisfying. Overall I am satisfied.

[Prologue] First of all, the 8 steps from the road to the hotel entrance are difficult for luggage. Thinking of a slope? (He brought me...). The lobby on the first floor is large, and a woman in a kimono welcomes you. When I told my name, Mr. Nakai took me to the room, but I rested in a chair until Mr. Nakai came. The room is a 10-tatami mat Japanese-style room, a river side room, a table chair, a refrigerator, and what you would find in a Japanese-style inn. The key to the room is a key type, but two keys were given. There are only two elevators, so we waited a bit depending on the time. [Dinner] It was a room meal, but the contents were 4 appetizers, sashimi, Hida beef, boiled tofu (made by yourself), grilled food, and boiled food. Hida beef is only 3 pieces of 5 mm 4 cm thick. It looks like it's going to be a volume when you first bring it? I thought, but when I tried it, it wasn't so much, and I felt unsatisfactory. [Large public bath] The bath is on the 7th floor. There is a resting place next to the stairs, cold tea at night but not in the morning. There is a dressing room shelf, but there is no dressing basket. Swap men and women in the morning. Each has a different structure (1 indoor bath, 2 open-air baths). There are 8 washrooms, and towels and bath towels should be prepared from the room. Insects come in because the door is open for ventilation. The price of alcohol is high, such as bottled beer 700 yen. The air conditioner cover is off (there is no problem with the air conditioner, it looks bad)

As soon as I entered the entrance, three women in kimonos greeted me, and when the greetings were over, they talked fluently all the time. One was wearing a kimono, but her legs were spread out and she was ugly. When I just said hello, yes, it felt like I was chatting and it was very unpleasant. I'm afraid that the three of us will stare at us only when we say hello on the way home
