Overall I can give 80%.
Location quite nice, helpful and appreciated for the shuttle bus arrangements as per schedule.
The escalators are crowded due to high season, this point can be understood.
But inside the room there is no hair dryer and shower gel. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and no top up those things until the check out date.
Another one is that waiting time at the hotel restaurant, spent over 30mins and the food came cold already. I don't know if they forgot to bring our table or not.

I booked a 2 night stay at Awana Resort Hotel. Price was incredible cheap compare to staying on the top part of Genting Highland. Staying in Awana Resort hotel need to either take a taxi (about 20mins) to Genting Highland or a cable car. There is also free shuttle to Premium outlet. This is hotel cleanliness is acceptable. Upon request of additional towel and bedroom slipper, staff will deliver to your doorstep promptly without additional charges.

Great place for families! Staff are all super helpful and friendly. However, if you do have elderly who are not very mobile or very young kids, not recommended as you have to take a shuttle bus that comes every hourly to GPO to have dining and shopping options. Will be better to stay up at Genting Highlands for accessibility. Baby cot is also not the usual one for young babies. It is like a toddler bed with metal bars. So we ended up having to put 4 pillows all around it, haha. But rooms were great. Big and clean.

The hotel is well located close to the high line and premium outlets. The property has a nice pool and gym. Rooms are spacious though a bit old. Breakfast is decent. The check in and check out is smooth.

My bed was so comfortable, I loved the little goody bag on check in, loved having a balcony (to view the fog)
Perfect location for the Skyworld park with the complementary bus to the mall.

We decided to put up a night at Awana Genting for a short break & quick getaway. Love the cool mountain weather and the well mannered landscaping. However parking was not senior citizen friendly and food served for breakfast could have been better. We did the Clearwater way tour the next morning and it was indeed such an amazing experience. Thanks Wings & Min for the guided tour!
