Very good and comfortable and near to food nearby and 8 mins to Genting premier outlet.

Check in process very poor... Check in different building but stay at different building... Not convenient for family

Good place to stay with family

Need to go to different location to check in and told us to come back at 4pm as room wasn’t ready. Returned back at 4pm but room still not ready and give us different room (two queen size instead of king size bed). One of the most inconvenient was only given one access card and key. All four of us have to shared the card to access to the lift

Quite a good Hotel but there are no coordination between the Check in other place and collect the room Key in another place. Make us confusing whether correct booking or other wise.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Clean and tidy. Spacious and very satisfied. Amazing view at night. The nearest place to eat is just a short walk below this hotel.. the best and can repeat again. 🫶😊

They gave me a beautiful lodging on a high floor, quiet on the side of a mountain, so I had a good rest. I am grateful for the thoughtful consideration that made me feel welcome, with even pretty decorations placed on the bed. It's nice to have a warm swimming pool, great facilities for exercising, and several restaurants nearby 👍 👍

When checking out, I complained to the front desk clerk that the toilet had no hot water and I hope it can be improved. As a result, the waiter didn't say anything and just smiled at us. He didn't even have toothbrushes. Please prepare toothbrushes and shampoo before checking in.

The hotel reception is not in the same building as the room. Fortunately, the driver helped us communicate.

The environment is beautiful, quiet and suitable for a family to live in. There are also many delicacies nearby and a hot spring-style swimming pool. It is very comfortable to take a dip in the cold weather
