Unlike many reviews that focus on the lobby, my stay was in a different location. The property is conveniently located with food options and daily essentials just a short walking distance away, which is a major plus.
The unit itself, however, showed its age and lacked a sense of cleanliness, particularly on Level 13, Unit O3. If you’re expecting modern amenities like an Android TV or YouTube, you might be disappointed.
That said, the bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a soft and restful sleep. This was the highlight of the stay for me.
Overall, this accommodation is practical for its location and basic necessities but could use some updates to enhance the experience.

Overall not recommended for impatient person, check in process was miserable (they delayed us for an hour, then we need to pickup our room key from they housekeeper by ourself?????(CANNOT BRAIN AT ALL)), lift at windmill upon hill was miserable too during check out hour.
Access card for lift cannot be used and customer service asked us to deal with hotel’s security guard (HELLO WE CANT EVEN USED THE LIFT SO HOW WE WANT TO GO DOWN AND MEET THE GUARD), thank god some good people helped us during when up.
Only room was comfortable, but at 1.30am we smell cigarette from another room.

Good stay, easier to deal with, just lobby in another building, needs extra steps when checking in, the sink got smell if it didn't open running tap water for a while

The unit is very dusty. We can see the fan blades and air-conditioning cover is loaded with dust. I have been sneezing the whole time during the stay. The bed sheet are not properly cleaned too.
