Strategic location in Mid hill, easily to get food and convenient store around. Easily access from GPO or highland. Rooms is new and clean. Malaysia style breakfast especially Nasi Lemak is thumb up. The con is the noise, because near to the roadside.

We were booking the double queen beds room for second times, it’s was great , cozy , not too complicated to find the hotel. Receptionist always smile and good attitude.

1. Location is just nice where we intended, at gohtong Jaya
2. Bedsheets got some red dots, but after feedback, the team quickly changed a new sheet

Hotel lobby is under Vista Residence Comdo. Hotel is level 1 and 2 only. Condo Facilities not be long to hotel. So this hotel no facilities available.

Trip stated pay 12rm at the property. When I reached there I was quoted 54rm. It’s ridiculous. There are so many hidden taxes. I managed to negotiate to 24rm.
I’m not sure whether because I’m a tourists.
Room is not what you see in pictures. No sofa chairs no balcony.
The room is smaller than in the photos.
Overall this trip was very disappointed.

The staff were excellent & the breakfast spread was reasonable. However, the room cleanliness can be improved and my wife was bitten by bed bugs and had severe rashes over her body after the second night stay. The location of the hotel, although just beside the main road, is slightly inconvenient as you have to make a major u-turn to the hotel via the main road if you drive to the nearby shops @ the midhills area.
