Lift slow, sink water discharge slow.
Asked for higher floor but given the lowest. Abit noisy as party going on at L5.
Others are fine.

Firstly, checkin process is a hassle. Need to wait until 3pm sharp only then can collect keys from Geo38 hotel and then drive to Windmill (3 mins drive). By time you find the parking and wait for the slow lifts, you enter your room at 3.30pm.
In room, hall doesn’t have sunlight blinding curtain so the sunset glare was annoying and less privacy.
No place to dry wet plates and cups. No Netflix or youtube in tv, only normal tv. Unit does not come with AIRCOND but it was not too bad as fan was cooling. Curtains were a little dirty also. Good thing is got washing machine and tall fridge with freezer in room. Microwave and induction cooker available too. Soundproofing between rooms also not so good. You can hear your neighbour (attached room but locked) if they are carrying out their “project”.
Checkout process is also a hassle. Have to leave by 10.30 and then wait for the super slow lifts and every time it stops its full because everybody check out same time. Had to walk down from 26th floor to ground using staircase. Super unpleasant. By time drive and reach Geo38 for check out, already 11.15 lol.
So check in you lose 30 mins, checkout 30 mins. That’s 1 hour wasted of using your room.
Overall its decent with main road view. Wifi is also not very fast but acceptable.

Highly DO NOT recommend to book. The security, cleanliness, location and customer service is TERRIBLE. We checked in to the hotel at around 5PM and still had a stranger tailed us into the lift and attempted to access many different floors with a faux access card. Upon reaching our apartment, the digital lock was running out of battery and we took a really long time just entering the apartment. And after entering, first thing we saw was a broken chair, burnt spot on the living room floor.
Having paid such a price, I figured to just stay the night since we won’t be staying long in the apartment and we can always sit on the floor. So we headed out to grab dinner without unpacking or opening the windows, only to come back to an apartment filled with flies. We contacted the front desk for assistance to which they only came 1hr and 30mins later. Even the cleaning wasn’t thorough. There were still plenty of flies on the ceiling, making it impossible to live in. We have elderlies and a baby traveling with us, in the end we had to get accommodation elsewhere and forfeited my payment for this apartment. (Hotel refuse to refund despite the terrible experience)
Customer service here was not only slow, they were also very rude, and even accused us of not keeping the windows closed hence the flies flew in. The check-in counter and the accommodation itself was also very far apart. It isn’t even as convenient as they said from the shops area. Carpark was horrendous. It was an entire floor of EMPTY LOT, but we were asked to park at 2 different ends of the same floor.
We came on a trip happily with my family, and this accommodation destroyed it right on our first day there after a long road trip. Good thing they refunded my deposit. DO NOT book with this provider.
