Staying at Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering easy access to major attractions and business districts. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

I am contented with the hotel. Can't ask for much. The breakfast was good enough for my grandson n myself. We enjoyed the food. After breakfast, we will take a walk at the park/playground to enjoy the fresh air. The swimming pool was great. They clean the pool 3 times a week. We spent a week in the hotel for our holiday. The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping had done a good job.

Location is easy to find. Parking is ample. Surrounding has a lot of eateries. However we didn’t manage to try them out as most of the time we were at the RWS. It is a distance away from the Awana cable car station. Hence, need to book Grab to reach there for further transportation. Hotel room is well lite, clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located. Just a 1 minute drive out to the shops. Walking distance for the not so lazy unlike me😅😅 never knew such hotel existed through years of going to genting.

Room was not well maintained. Stains in the toilet , and the floors were dusty when we walked in.

This is for the 2 bedroom residence , I surveyed before booking and was expecting better service / cleanliness at least. Seems like ratings was quite decent, but we were surprised.
Location is good. Breakfast reasonable.
