this hotel is too new, not ready to host guests. We did not enjoy our stay due to below reasons: 1)  Though the building facilities are there, they are not available for hotel guests, as they are in seperate building and we are unable to access using our room access card. (GYM and Pool) 2) Masterroom design is extremely bad. Bathroom with glass door is blocked half by the bed on the right, and on the left you get blocked by a fixed TV stand. Entrance to bathroom in masterroom is so narrow and If you are not careful you will knocked on to the bedframe which stood out half way through the bathroom glass door. We got hurt few times. Very bad design. 3) Unit is not cleaned thoroughtly still many debris from construction were left there. The shower in small bedroom have serious leakage causing very low water pressure. Hardly able to take a shower. We attached photo of the leaking showerhead. Didn't expect this for a newly opened hotel. 4) Location is bad. If you have a car and driver to drop you off the hotel, you need to make a big U turn going up to top of genting and all the way down to the temple to turn back to the hotel again. Guard doesn't allow driver to wait at the lobby area and no waiting place for driver. Would not consider staying at this place again and it is very inconvenient. 

Not much staff attended to us when we arrive as we don’t know where is the lobby and parking due to it was just 10days from their soft opening. I believe they will be better. Will go back again surely.
