Signboard not clear. We need to travel from parking to block to other block. Our unit very far. Nobody available to serve us to show the way. Lift also very slow.. waiting for half & hour going down. During check out many people from down level going up and stay in the lift until lobby. Sadly we going down to lobby using stairs from level 18 to ground level.

WORST Experience ever！I didn't wrote any review before！but this situation made me annoyed。
And the TRIP‘s customer service （Gerald’D）his attitude was so bad！no solve the problem but always talk back to customer。
We are waiting at the hotel and there is no room available since 3pm. Is that acceptable? As per the hotel policy mentioned in the website or receipt we can check in at 3pm but we wait for almost 6 HOURS just because of the room is NOT READY！
it's just an ordinary Sunday！not only us ，other customer also facing with the same problem！
Exhausted。No more next time TQ！
And also the wifi is poor ，the room we stay no internet connection at all.

I book because of the price.. you need a car to stay there.. no so convenience if wanna go and back genting Highlands multiple time per day.. if you book with cheap price with car I think overall still ok

The place is clean, big and spacious, the tv has many channels and alot of movies, if you want you can stream Netflix from your phone or bluetooth with phone. There many food choices below the hotel. Wifi is best at 9ms. Only issue is going to and fro genting highlands. Although it's 9mins drive but very hard to get cab as the road is very windy and narrow very much like 99bend and devils bend. Poor road with pot holes and every few mins low clouds covers the road causing poor visibility

The room so clean and very tidy.. The facilities so good.. Got waterpark for Kids also..and the pool is in warm water..at the lobby got supermarket also if u want buy anything..
