Excellent Hotel, very friendly, great location to the port and the football stadium, rooms and hotel are spotless, breakfast was great, would stop there again. 15min walk to the front and 15 min walk to the football stadium, alot of hill walking so be advised.

I booked a room for one night as I was passing through Genoa. The lady at the reception gave me the keys to my room, number 26. The access corridor was narrow and dark and we had to walk in single file. The room was small, dark and cramped with dated furniture. The view was into an internal courtyard but the window could not be opened except for a crack due to the cars parked right in front of the window itself. The bathroom was created in a ravine positioned higher than the room at about 10 cm difference in height which could be accessed without a step... extremely uncomfortable during the night as I risked really hurting myself. The inside of it was really bad: the toilet paper resting on the toilet drain, the hairdryer burned in the spout part. The only positive notes are the kindness of the staff and the possibility of having a sweet and savory breakfast for just €5.

La struttura si presenta alquanto ristrutturata con camere ampie, moderne e ben arredate. Letti comodi e bagno pulito e funzionale. Colazione scarsa con poca scelta. La nota dolente è il Personale, poco gentile e disponibile alle esigenze del Cliente. La loro risposta alle nostre richieste è sempre stata un "Teoricamente no...". - Abbiamo richiesto un cucchiaino ed un coltello in serata per tagliare una mela in camera, ma la risposta è stata "Teoricamente non è possibile, ma dovrebbe riportarmeli subito" - La bambina avrebbe voluto dormire sul lettino aggiuntivo a scomparsa presente in camera, ma ci è stato richiesto il "perché", poi è stata interpellata un'altra collaboratrice per un confronto ed anche lei ci ha richiesto il "perché", richiedendo un costo supplementare (che non sarebbe stato un problema), aggiungendo che sarebbero dovuti salire loro in camera per aprire il letto. - A colazione, essendo in 5, abbiamo richiesto la possibilità di unire 2 tavolini al fine di poter far colazione tutti insieme, ma la risposta è stata "Teoricamente e praticamente questo non è possibile". - Per ultimo, il bambino ha suonato 2 volte il campanellino della reception ed è stato invitato a smetterla con un "Adesso direi basta". Il tutto con atteggiamenti alquanto sgarbato e scocciati dalle nostre richieste. In conclusione la struttura si presenta bene, ma la proprietà o i gestori penalizzano il tutto.

La stanza che fi hanno assegnato 103, non è consigliata per persone di taglia XL perché il letto è solo da 140 e il bidet è praticamente a ridosso del WC, ma il tutto è risultato funzionale e molto pulito, buona anche la colazione. Consigliato per un breve soggiorno per visitare Genova

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo hotel: curato e pulito, camera spaziosa. Molto disponibili i gestori; abbiamo effettuato il check in a notte fonda e sono stati molto cordiali. Colazione abbondante. Unica pecca il parcheggio anche se a pagamento è comunque ristretto ma capisco che sia una problematica di spazio. Prezzo nella media. Consigliato

No lo recomiendo, nos alojamos en una habitación superior, no puedo imaginar las otras: tiene mala ubicación (mucho más lejos de lo que informan, no tiene ascensor, imposible regular el agua de la ducha, el parking es un desastre, baño minúsculo, el desayuno es malo, no regresare.

J'avais réservé une chambre la vieille,mais en arrivant quelle fut ma déception,le réceptionniste me fait comprendre que l'hôtel est complet et qu'il m'a transféré ailleur dans un autre,sans me prévenir je l'ai appris en arrivant !je tiens à préciser qu'il n'y a pas de parking devant l'hôtel donc prévoyez une promenade après vous être garer. L'accueil a été plutôt expéditif,et l'hôtel de substitution au fond d'une impasse sombre, j'ai fait demi-tour et quitté gène ! Les endroits été plutôt oppressant!!

Siamo arrivati al mattino e usciti per Genova facendo solo il check-in ma senza scaricare bagagli e accedere alle camere. Al rientro in hotel verso le 21 una delle due camere risultava occupata coi bagagli di qualcun’altro. La signora della reception ha voluto che andassimo a verificare che non fossero i nostri bagagli nonostante le avessimo detto più volte di non averli scaricati e di non essere andati in camera. Poi si è accorta che aveva scambiato le chiavi con un altro ospite e si è risolto tutto, ma è stato un po’ fastidioso il fatto che non si sia fidata. Attenzione che il parcheggio dell’hotel e molto piccolo e si devono lasciare le chiavi dell’auto all’hotel in modo da permettere loro di gestire eventuali spostamenti per consentire l’uscita dei vicoli entrati prima. Le camere erano molto spaziose, con arredo moderno e recente e, soprattutto pulite. La Wi-Fi non raggiunge benissimo ogni stanza e, soprattutto, la password non è scritta da nessuna parte e non ti viene detto al check-in che nome utente e password sono il numero di stanza. La colazione è molto buona e varia. I cornetti sono davvero eccellenti anche se mancavano quelli alla marmellata (c’erano solo vuoti, alla crema e saccottini al cioccolato). Il personale è stato molto gentile salvo episodio della camera occupata. Abbiamo speso 458€ (20€ di parcheggio) per 2 camere da 4 persone!
