We booked a car at the hotel reception in the evening to take us to the airport next morning and paid in advance for a group of four plus luggage. At 10 a.m. next day the car was not there. Personnel initially demonstrated ‘an effort’ to get us a car. 10.20 - nothing happened. 10.30 they/reception team (hospitality ones , right?) offered to return money. Full stop. One needs to understand the location of this hotel in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by agricultural lands and a bit of housing at the back. No taxis, no uber, no baggage three-weelers… nothing. And our flight (one out of two or three per week ) leaving for Delhi shortly. Personnel did not bother to make an effort to solve a huge problem created by themselves. We worked out the solution ourselves, thanks to complete strangers and their kind hearts. Hotel crew remained useless. If you plan to go there, keep this in mind and be prepared to “surprises” from Hyatt team.
