Unclear and unkind
Hilton has lost a few stars along the way it seems.
Friday of a long weekend and the TGV was closed. That's okay, they may be short staffed. The pool desk agent mentioned I could order snacks and wine from the hotel's restaurant while I watched the kids play in the outdoor pool. Turns out it wasn't the case. Greeters at l'Arôme were not friendly. In fact they were making

Lac Leamy
The only negative point: there is a lack of high-capacity charging stations for electric vehicles. Only four small 6.2 kW stations are not enough.

Great stay
The front desk staff member was very welcoming and clearly explained all the amenities. There were plenty of things to do, and the pool was nice. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view. I would recommend this hotel.
