What a wonderful experience! After a tiring drive through heavy rain and snow we arrived at the hotel not knowing quite what to expect. We were wonderfully surprised! The welcome from the charming lady on reception was warm and sincere. She told us everything we needed to know about the hotel, restaurant opening times; location and use of spa, gym and the swimming pool. I think they must have upgraded us because our room was magnificent, with what seemed like the biggest bed we have ever slept in.....and very comfortable too. Dinner was great, as was breakfast. The waiter could not have been more jolly and accomodating after I explained my dietry needs. We used to break our journey from Spain to France by staying at Vielha, but no more. In future we WILL stay at Vilagaros. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you to all the staff there!

Este establecimiento está ubicado en Garos, un pintoresco pueblo aranés incluido entro de la (cada vez más larga) lista de los pueblos más bonitos de España. Nosotros fuimos con vistas a tener cerca la estación de Baqueira para disfrutar del esquí, y este hotel nos pareció perfecto. Amplias habitaciones con una cama gigante, gimnasio, piscina climatizada, masajista, tres buenos restaurantes (aranés, pizzeria y fondue), y sobre todo una excelente atención por parte de todo el personal. El alojamiento incluye servicio de guardaesquíes y traslado-recogida a las pistas.

El buffet del desayuno es excepcional. Destacaría la calidez del hotel, principalmente lograda por la amabilidad de las personas, a todos los niveles. La ubicación del hotel es ideal, cerca de todo pero sin dejar de ser un "oasis" de tranquilidad.

Agradable hotel con una ubicación perfecta para todas las excursiones y en un pueblo muy tranquilo. El hotel cuenta con una piscina climatizada y una terraza estupenda que añade un plus a la estancia. Tiene dos restaurantes (comida más formal y una pizzería) en los q no es necesario reservar y se come muy bien y a buen precio, lo q hace q sea muy cómodo y de mucho margen de improvisar. El personal es amabilísimo, desde recepción, limpieza y restaurantes. El bufet de desayunos muy bueno y variado. Sin duda recomiendo.

Habitaciones comodas y acogedoras. Comodo salon con chimenea para descansar del dia de esqui. Personal siempre dispuesto a servir al cliente. Traslado a pistas en comodos vehiculos. Buena restauracion tanto de menu como a la carta. Hace años que vamos y volveremos.

Hemos tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar de cuatro días de descanso en el Hotel VilaGaros y más que estar en un fabuloso hotel con todos los servicios deseables, parece que hemos estado en casa de unos amigos a los que vas a visitar y aprovechar para descansar y recorrer la comarca, y digo esto porque la Atencion, el trato y el buen hacer del personal de este hotel hace que, verdaderamente, te sientas como en casa de unos amigos. Desde el trabajo de la recepción, con Carles y sus compañeras, la labor impecable de los camareros, la atención personalizada hasta el máximo detalle de Mohammed, hasta llegar a la cordialidad, empatía y generosidad de quien los dirige, Rafa. En resumen, insuperable, volveremos a visitar a estos amigos en La Vall d’Aran.

Amabilidad de todo el personal, desayuno fantástico, buen servicio de bus a pistas. Por decir algo en las habitaciones que son dúplex en la parte de arriba se echaba de menos un espejo y una papelera.

Hotel familiar y acogedor en el cirazón de la Vall d’Aran, a 10 minutos de las pistas de esqui de Baqueira. Dispone de habitaciones y apartamentos que son de cuento o de película americana ;) grandes, ahuardilladas, todo de madera y totalmente nuevas. También tiene una piscina interior para relajarse después de un dia de esqui o de excursión por la montaña si es verano. Terracita para tomar el aperitivo al sol y una pizzeria para cenas mas informales. Todos los empleados son de 10, como Rafa en la recepción, siempre presente y a punto para solucionar cualquier duda o problema que pueda surgir, o el camarero italiano, muy simpático y que prepara un aperol spritz genial! También el maitre que tiene siempre todo controlado y a punto. En fin, siempre repetimos este hotel y seguiremos haciéndolo. Uno de los mejores del Valle.
