The hotel itself is lovely and well situated. However I feel that for the price, a better option can be found. Especially the breakfast buffet was quite disappointing for us. The coffee and the food options were not of high quality. But the staff is mostly friendly and other than that we have no big complaints.
The town at the foot of Zug Peak Mountain, the hotel is very close to the train station, the train station supermarket shops are complete, and there is Burger King. The hotel has a good geographical seat and a good breakfast. The next day, I drove to EIBSEE for about 10 kilometers and 20 minutes. If I don't drive, I can take the train to EIBSEE and then buy a cable car ticket to the top of Zug.

This is a very good hotel with a long history. Although it has no stars, it can actually reach the super five-star standard. The hotel’s own cable car is the best. There are no yellow-skinned Asians in the hotel. The arrival of our four Chinese guests received a very warm reception~

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from Garmisch Railway Station and the hotel is decorated with classical luxury. The front desk service is good. There are free juice 🍹 and champagne 🍾️ at the front desk. The breakfast type is not particularly large but the quality is good. There are salmon 🍣.
The 60 square meter suite is great. There is a supermarket near the hotel. When I woke up early in the morning, the balcony scenery was beautiful. 15 minutes drive from Zugspitze.

Excellent
AAnonymous UserThere are about seven or eight parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. There is no charge for parking, underground parking is charged, and the room card is entered. There are also many well-received restaurants around the hotel. The room has a balcony, the view is OK, and there is heating.
AAnonymous UserOne in advance: Breakfast was the best we ever had in a normal hotel! The bed was comfortable, it was super quiet at night and you can make beautiful walks directly from the hotel along the historic Bobby track. We're happy to come back! Unfortunately, the area around the swimming pool was a little small with few lounges that were also all occupied.
In the evening there were delicious drinks at the bar at good prices. All staff were really very nice and premature.
GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly and premature.
The room was very clean and comfortable – especially the bed I personally found very comfortable.
The SAUNA landscape is also beautiful and clean.
A small deduction for the mountains of towels, which then gathered in the baskets late night and the paper cups at the water level, which are not particularly sustainable. (Glass is certainly no option for the sauna landscape, but maybe reusable cups).
The breakfast buffet was well equipped from fruity to deeply and the Hotel RESTORANT was also delicious – but it is also recommended to book a table as a guest for the evening.
The environment is ideal for walking, visiting the train top, the Eibsee etc.
Conclude: Whenever you want to go to the corner of the GAP, please return –.
曼曼达穆_Horrible experience, in terms of my second day stay and my experience in the restaurant.
I was only going to stay in this hotel on Friday, and Saturday Sunday elsewhere. Given the Friday night well spent there and with a nice room, I canceled my original Sunday plan and booked one more night with Aja. I left the hotel then I came back. I was downgraded from 3rd floor inner circle to the 3rd floor street view room, after I complaint about the street noise, the hotel reception downgraded me even more from the 3rd floor to 1st floor a room in front of the construction site. I do not know what else to say, after telling the reception I am a light sleeper, really needed this vacation which I paid and deserve. She still two times, give me bad rooms.
In the end I paid extra to upgrade from Mountain View Standard Room type to their Junior Suite type. I paid 50 euros. And after all, even though I am not getting a actual junior suite, I am glad that after all of these troubles I gone through, I finally get to have a room that is quite for my sleep and a place for my vacation :)
So you need to know, they do have a very limited number of rooms that are good for an vacation. And you never know which room they will assign you. They have such different tiers and environment for all of their rooms.
GGuest UserThis is a decent 4-star hotel located in Garmisch. It was 7 min walk from train station. There was a kebab shop and an icecream restaurant right next to and across it. Dm drug store, supermarkets and more restaurants are within minutes of walking distance.
Breakfast was buffet-style. There were a couple of staffs at breakfast and they were amazing. They would ask what kind of coffee and eggs you like for the day, and their service was quick and polite. Choices of food was more than sufficient, with croissants and rolls, toaster available, smoked salmon, a wide variety of spreads, ham, cheese, fruit juices, vegetables, cereals, milk/skimmed milk/soy milk/oat milk, more than 10 types of tea…….
4-5 pm is tea-time. The sitting room was elegant and spacious, which makes you feel calm and at home, with some background soothing music. You can read the papers or choose a book from the shelf there.
There was also a small pool, steam and sauna, which were all delightful and relaxing, esp if it was raining and cold on some days.
My room has a balcony which faces the mountains. It was spectacular and stunning to enjoy this view at dawn and dusk.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. There was one gentleman, in shirt and tie every day ( who happened to have injured his leg and wore an orthosis and crutches to work) displayed exceptional kindness and passion in his job. He offered help and a lot suggestions spontaneously whenever I asked questions and told me “it is why I am here!”
GGuest UserI can't understand the bad reviews, very good price and performance. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The evening buffet was very delicious and you had a lot of choice, as well as breakfast buffet. The sauna landscape and the hall bath were also more than satisfactory.
