The hotel is on the seaside. The lobby and restaurant are on the ground floor. When dining, you can enjoy an unbeatable view of Lake Garda. There is a pedestrian street between the hotel and the lakeshore, along which there are many restaurants and leisure facilities. The hotel does not have parking spaces. If you drive to the hotel, you can park in the GRAND HOTEL parking space next to the hotel for 30 minutes and walk to the hotel for 2 minutes. RECEPTION will carefully tell you the location of the free parking lot and draw a map showing how to get there, which is very convenient. There is a ferry next to the hotel, where you can visit several nearby towns. The rooms with terraces are well-equipped, clean and hygienic, the hotel staff are warm and friendly, and the breakfast is rich.

Definitely one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in! The room and public areas were all spotless! It's been mentioned in other reviews, but the provided toiletries smell amazing! :) It's a modern hotel in a fantastic location, with lovely staff! We would definitely book again!

This was my partner's trip with her friends. Her review is as follows: I stayed at this hotel as part of a group of six ladies. Rooms were spotless, food was good (and the nibbles which accompanied any drinks!) The location was ideally placed to catch the ferries to visit other places around the lake. Also the hotel gave us free access to a pool and sunbeds a short walk away. Best of all were the staff, who were hard working, efficient and so pleasant, and accommodating throughout the whole of our week giving us a great holiday and happy memories!

Staying here at the end our trip was perfect - staff was very welcoming and helpful at all times. It is a lovely hotel, rooms are terrific and it is located in a very central location with fabulous lake views. Very close to the ferry docks so you can catch a ferry and explore Lake Garda. We would definitely stay here again.

I am lucky enough to have stayed in some beautiful hotels in my travels but this small hotel in Gardone stands out for a number of reasons.It is in the most convenient location to catch the ferry. It is impeccably clean.The breakfast has plenty of choice and is delicious. The bed linen is luxurious and 'in house' toiletries have the most delicate and delightful scent. But most of all the staff are really efficient and delightful , nothing is too much trouble. This is all down to Martine , the owner who leads by example.

A wee gem on the front in Gardone Riviera. We were travelling as a three, with our teenage daughter, and although the room was fairly small it was perfectly thought out to accommodate an extra person. Each sleeping area had privacy and plenty of storage - which is vital when you have three people and their luggage. Very well laid out shower room with good-sized shower with decent pressure. We dined in their restaurant on the terrace by the lake and were well looked after, attentive staff, reasonable choice of wines by the glass and excellent food. Next morning the breakfast too was very good with plentiful choice. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. We were only here one night travelling onwards but we are working out when we could fly out for a lakeside break.

An amazing room, clean with amnesties and a lovely balcony with lake view. You'll get a good nights sleep. Found our time here quite relaxing and this was the best hotel we stayed at, having the feel of luxury all about it. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Excellent hotel, right on the waterfront at Gardone Riviera, a small town on the West Bank of the lake. Hotel is 40 metres from the port where you can catch ferries to other locations on the lake and 300 metres from an open air lido where you can swim and use its facilities without charge, as the hotel have an arrangement with the lido owners. Hotel owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful, worth booking a room on the front of the hotel for uninterrupted lake views.
