It has a great location with a private beach, I wanted to enjoy the poolside area but the staff failed to find me a seat. The room had a weird AC that made a loud sound and stopped occasionally in the middle of the night.

Not as expected, the room smell with humidity.
The dinner is not rich, there is only chicken no meat and you don't have choice to pick,
The breakfast is not good at all.
I give it 3 stars because the service and the food and the room are same as 3 stars hotel

Having remained at the Ramada Plaza Tunis with Hichem Gharbi and his team, I can only describe the received for our training project as a text-book operation. All arrangements from Airport transfers to hotel accomodations and the use of meeting facilities and hospitality have been impeccable. In actual fact, this is the second-time that we have delivered training at this venue, and as before, everything went extremely well.

A remarkable experience, with excellent food, a huge pool and attentive staff. A special mention to Mrs Sameh, a very friendly chambermaid who does an impeccable job. I highly recommend it and will be back with the family next time to enjoy it.

Nice location and relaxing hotel the service and the staff are so friendly special thanks to Sameh from house keeping team she do a very good job with friendly attitude she is so professional. The hotel is located in gamarth tunis very good location near the beach until next time..

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at the Ramada Plaza Tunis during July and August. The service and attention given by the staff was amazing especially Mr. Hichem and his team, they were very attentive to our needs and requirements and made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were nice and clean, excellent service in both Restaurants especially by the pool.
