Hotel more or less from the airport, reception service until 7:00 p.m. Neglected hotel with blue lights that make it look like a roadside motel instead of a 3-star hotel (these stars are cheap in Italy). Lots of cigarette smell in the room and stained blankets.

The hotel is not far from Malpensa airport, be prepared that the price of train tickets will be different every day. If you do not have a car, the price to the center for two will be around 35 euros including the metro, the train ride to the center of Milan will take 30 minutes. It was very cold in the hotel in October, the municipality in Gallarate will connect the heating only in November - this is what they told us at the reception. It took three whole days to change the towels, the staff practically does not speak English - it was difficult to communicate. There is a little mess in the hotel lobby - there is furniture that does not decorate the interior. There is a coffee machine but no coin exchanger - so buying coffee can be a problem. Not far from the hotel there are a couple of restaurants and a pizzeria where you can have an inexpensive snack. In the rooms, instead of duvet covers, there are blankets wrapped in sheets - very strange. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work, as well as the safe - which none of the staff could open. There was a mini fridge in the room, which was a plus. I did not feel like a guest in this hotel. Five stars declared on Agoda do not correspond to reality - maximum two stars. Look for other accommodation options in Milan!
