We have just left the hotel after a very brief but great stay. After some initial problems with a mistake I made during booking, Marika was very helpful in sorting it via email. We then had a delayed flight which meant checking in around 12:30am but the night receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to go straight to our room with two sleeping children. We had misunderstood that the breakfast would end at 10am when in fact it was 9:30, however Marika went out of her way to call us soon before the end asking if we were coming down - she then waited for us to do so, we were so happy with this service! Check out was smooth and again all round very happy stay, would highly recommend.

After a good holiday in Italy/Croatia, we had an early flight from Milan. So we stayed there just over night before our flight. We left so early I can't tell you anything about the breakfast. This is a 4 star hotel that was probably very nice when it was new in the 70's or 80's. It's a bit run down. The AC in the rooms is not so good and the carpets on the floors are really old and still have a hint of tobacco smell from the time smoking was allowed in hotels. On the bright side, the pool was nice but the best part was the staff. They were very helpful and ordered us a mini bus for our trip to the airport and pointed out a restaurant that was great. A real local Italian restaurant where we had the best pizza of our trip.

Location: Not far from Malpensa Airport, it takes about ten minutes by Uber (about 35 euros). It is in a small town with almost no surrounding businesses. You have to walk for a while to find Carrefour. Self-driving cars can park for free.
Room service: It is a small hotel with a lot of rooms. The rooms are simple and clean. The drawback is that it is best to bring your own bath supplies. Service staff, patient and friendly. When you arrive at the store, you need to call to check in. It is on the wall at the door.
Awesome, comfortable stay. Hotel front of house team, super efficient. Was made to feel welcome. Needed a place to rest overnight following my 24 hour flying visit to attend the screening of a movie premiere. Check in process was vey easy and straightforward. They have a hotel bar too and ordering drinks was easy. Not too pricey too. Room was very comfortable, bed was a good size too. Well equipped room, spotlessly clean and well laid out. Andre this morning on the check in counter was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Grabbed a free coffee and delicious pastries which I actually didnβt expect to be complimentary too. Andre was also very friendly and amiable too. He really took an interest in what I told him about my experience in Milan. (The guy on the desk last night was also helpful and friendly but didnβt ask for his name). Milan which was truly wonderful. Had a good rest ready for my flight back to London.
Hotels in the form of airbnb, 95% prefer airbnb B&Bs. I haven't stayed here in the past few years, so I made a hasty decision and wanted to rest for a few hours before boarding my flight. B&Bs are very different from hotels. I didn't read the check-in requirements carefully, so I was a little confused when I was told that the check-in time was later than the specified check-in time the next day. Overall it's good, the environment is nice and clean, but I just can't come here with the mentality of staying in a hotel. The boss is also very good, but her English is not very good and there will be communication difficulties. Later, she called her son who speaks English well. But mistakes caused by communication will be said...
If you are self-driving, you can accept the B&B recommendation here, but when it comes to car booking and other information, it is recommended to communicate with the boss's son. Close to the airport but not noisy. If you are like me and only want to stay here for a few hours, it is not recommended. Take a taxi from T2 for 25 euros one way without bargaining, and the journey takes less than 5 minutes. 50 euros round trip. I took a taxi from T1 to the city and it only cost about 100. To sum up, it is not recommended for friends who need to travel like this.
The puppies are so cute! ! Super cute!
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Provided excellent customer service and were attentive to all of our needs.
Only 10 minutes from the airport.
However it is far from the centre and transport to the centre is extremely expensive so do bear that in mind.
Going to the centre and coming back can cost up to β¬100 euros daily.
But the staff and the hotel were excellent.
Our flight was overbooked and we had to stay in a hotel near by. The hotel staff were excellent, after a very stressful four hours of not being able to board a plane, waiting for our bags to return and having zero communication from the flight company, we needed good people. The staff had held the kitchen for us so we had some food. They recommended ways to get to a different airport so we could get home earlier. Amazing people, very friendly, accommodating and helpful, thank you π
This was a very special and nice hotel. Without going into the details, I can say that the building is from the 19th century and still bears the stamp of history. The rooms are definitely the opposite, new, large and nice rooms. The restaurant at the hotel is a very popular place, both for locals and guests at the hotel, a must-see. Very good food and incredibly good service. The hotel is owned by a family and the restaurant is run by an incredibly nice man who is the son of the family. I could certainly write a lot more about all the details, but it just has to be experienced.
