The hotel was very pleasant and cozy. The hotel staff, especially the man around 55 years old with glasses, were very friendly and helpful. They offered us a taste of prosecco, which was delicious. Perhaps the only downside was that the pool could have been cleaner, but overall the facilities were very good! The spritz cost 5€, could it be better than that?

We were out in here after easyJet cancelled our flight We were staying in a Hilton so was disappointed to end up here but it looked okay online and we didn’t book it. The hotel itself is tired. The rooms are extremely old fashioned and the walls and ceilings paper thin. We had to be up at 4am for our flight (again not our choice) but all you could hear was next door and above as though they were in the room with you. The staff were very helpful though sorting a taxi transfer for us but it was priced over double the price of the taxi we got from the airport ourselves so watch that one. If we had paid to be here I would have been demanding a move elsewhere. Definitely one I will avoid in the future

After a good holiday in Italy/Croatia, we had an early flight from Milan. So we stayed there just over night before our flight. We left so early I can't tell you anything about the breakfast. This is a 4 star hotel that was probably very nice when it was new in the 70's or 80's. It's a bit run down. The AC in the rooms is not so good and the carpets on the floors are really old and still have a hint of tobacco smell from the time smoking was allowed in hotels. On the bright side, the pool was nice but the best part was the staff. They were very helpful and ordered us a mini bus for our trip to the airport and pointed out a restaurant that was great. A real local Italian restaurant where we had the best pizza of our trip.

I faced a terrible situation with this hotel because I got a confirmed reservation and when we reached Milan Airport I got a cancellation email from their side because they said my bank card invalid ( as excuse) while at the same week I booked from the same card twice. I went to the hotel because I received sms from my bank that 307OMR deducted from my account. After I went back home which is after 5 days from that reservation I’ve contacted my bank and they confirmed that the amount of money is in hold from the hotel. When booking emailed them many time they responded in bad way that they didn’t take the money. I went to meet them there in the hotel face to face to explain the situation.

The hotel is particularly suitable for people passing through by car who want to spend a quiet night with the option of swimming. It is about 15 minutes from Malpensa Airport by taxi (costs 30 euros). Unfortunately there is no public transport nearby. There is a good pizzeria that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and a steakhouse and McDonald's in 10 minutes on foot. A supermarket is also 6 minutes on foot. The breakfast is rather simple but fine. The pool is nice and you have to pay 8 euros per day for the loungers. You can also sit on chairs in the garden in the shade. The location is quiet. There is air conditioning, which was a bit loud for me. The beds are comfortable. The staff are helpful and also speak English.
