My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by staff, and Patryk at the front desk. His attentiveness and warmth made check-in a breeze and set a welcoming tone for the entire stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast spread offered each morning, providing a perfect start to each day of my visit.

The front desk service at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The lady at check-in was all smiles the entire time. Seeing I was in a hurry, she not only sped up the process but also offered me a bottle of water, saying, 'You must have had a tiring journey.' When I asked about breakfast spots nearby, she not only recommended a time-honored eatery but also drew a simple route map. I felt so well taken care of throughout my stay. The service was thoughtful and professional – I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The hotel is in a good location. You can see the hotel from Exit A of Dongmen Station on Metro Line 4. It is only 2 subway stops to Sanfang Qixiang, which is quite convenient. The receptionist at the hotel helped to upgrade the room for free, which was great. As the trip was coming to an end, the children's clothes for catching the sea were washed by the hotel. The staff was very enthusiastic and organized them very neatly. They could be picked up directly after playing in Sanfang Qixiang. It only costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi from the hotel to Fuzhou Station, which takes about ten minutes. You can also take the subway to Fuzhou South Station and Fuzhou Station, which is convenient for travel. There are also rich food, drink and entertainment around. I will consider staying here next time I travel to Fuzhou. Yaduo's tea bags are also very good. I didn't bring tea leaves when I went out. I stayed in Pingtan for two nights in the homestay and there were no tea bags. I had nothing to drink. I continued to use them at Yaduo, and I was happy.

This is a newly opened hotel, and I'm just average. Buses and subways are conveniently located nearby, and there's a supermarket, KFC, McDonald's, and other amenities nearby. A few things I wasn't very happy with: 1) The front desk constantly asks for your and your accompanying person's phone numbers upon check-in, requiring you to register for membership. I wasn't happy with this. 2) The hallway smelled strongly of perfume, and the room also had a strong, new decorating odor. I could smell the glue on the bedside table while I slept, which was quite pungent. 3) The room's soundproofing wasn't great either. I could hear the sound of the charger plugging in the room next door, and even after midnight, I could hear banging on the wall. I don't know what was going on, but it was quite disturbing. Overall, this was my first time staying at Atour Hotel, and I wasn't impressed. It's just a place to stay for a visit.

Very satisfied with a stay experience! Especially for Lucy at the front desk of Four Points by Sheraton, Jin'an, Fuzhou! The service is really proactive, enthusiastic and caring, and the fruit is intimately presented, which makes people feel at home and very warm. The hotel room is also very good, clean and comfortable, the overall experience is very good. For Lucy's great service, I will definitely choose here again next time I come to Fuzhou! highly recommended!

The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Stay was nice but when I got the room I found the bathroom still had some dirty stuff from previous guest. I guess cleaning was not very well done. At least they changed me to a new room but it’s quite disappointing from an hotel that expensive. They provide shampoo, body wash and conditioners, towels, toothbrush, comb, hair cap, hygiene kit, tea and water. Breakfast is simple but good (Chinese food, fruits and some breads, cereals…). It’s close to many facilities (mall and shops all around).

What a pleasant surprise! The memory foam pillow in the room fits perfectly around my neck, making it incredibly relaxing to lie down. The Xiaodu smart phone lets me control my appliances, which is incredibly convenient. It even comes with a disposable toilet seat, which is both hygienic and safe. The windows are large and soft, letting in the sunlight, making my stay incredibly comfortable!

Traveling to Fuzhou with a friend, we ultimately chose Kempinski Hotel based on its reviews. I was initially worried since the hotel has been open for a while, concerned that the services or facilities might be outdated, but it turned out there was no need to worry at all! The hotel lobby is grand, and the front desk upgraded our room. I prefer quiet rooms, and after mentioning it to the front desk, they arranged a room far from the elevators. The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. It was too hot outside, so we ordered some takeout. Although there wasn't a robot delivery service, the staff brought the food directly to our room, which was a nice bonus! We unfortunately missed the buffet dinner when we arrived. Just a short walk from the hotel is Taihe Plaza and a snack street, which is very convenient. Spending the morning exploring with my friend and then coming back for a swim in the afternoon was truly wonderful!

Great location, close to everything! Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Cleaning staffs will are amazing! Greets me every morning, when I forgot to get my laundry, they will dry and even fold it for me. Service is fantastic! Highly recommended!

When checking in, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and handed over oranges attentively, and the favorability was instantly full. 🛏️ Comfortable room: The room layout is reasonable. Although it is not as big as the orange hotel in Quanzhou, the space utilization is just right, and there is no sense of crampedness. The furniture is neatly arranged and the activity area is spacious. The bedding is moderately soft and hard, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are sweet orange flavored. 🍱 Rich breakfast: The breakfast is quite rich, and everything that should be there is available. 💪 Complete facilities: The hotel is equipped with a 24-hour gym, with new equipment and a wide variety of equipment, which is very friendly for people who love fitness. There is also a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient. In short, this stay experience is very good and highly recommended to friends who come to Fuzhou!
