"The staff is nice. There are free ramen provided at night. The onsen in the hotel is pretty good. The room is big enough for 2 people’s stay. Welcome drinks and treats are provided in the room. Very good service."

We come here by driving so not very sure about surroundings and public transportation. "This hotel is quite of many years but surprisingly very clean, neat & tidy. Very well maintain. I chose a moutain view and it was stunning unblock sunrise view at 5am +-. The whole mountain stretch are the famous mountains which of central of the whole Hokkaido. People are very nice but English language not as expected. About only half of their people speak well. As it's end season hence we only left with 1 slope for ski. We only able to dine in Shin Prince Hotel while staying. Quite pricy within the hotel. But food are super fresh & tasty. They maintain small serving to uphold the freshness. I love the mini ramen during the buffet dinner very much. The spread might seem minimal, but very fulfilling. The Ningle Terrace is such an iconic, romantic & amazing place especially for photos & video. Never did I realise that one of my friend's wedding photos were taken over there. Very memorable."

"This is a truly wonderful hotel, located in a very convenient area. One of the highlights is the breakfast—it’s delicious, fresh, clean, and full of the authentic taste of Hokkaido. My stay here was impressive, and I definitely want to come back again. If I return to Hokkaido, I would book this hotel again without hesitation. There’s plenty of parking, the bathroom amenities are fully equipped, and the staff provide excellent service. Some staff members can also communicate in English, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Everything was simply perfect."

"The location of the hotel is excellent! The train station and a bus terminal is nearby. If you drive, there're sufficient parking areas next to it. Besides, supermarket and restaurant are nearby too. The hotel cafe also provides good quality of Furano drink, food and good service."

"Love the spacious and warm hotel room, and the view from our hotel room! I found Fenix West in Trip.com and no other platforms, and found it amazingly beautiful and a good deal for the location. We hear that the hotel is more frequently used during winter seasons when guests come by to do snowboarding. Also the reason why the hotel has a storage wardrobe for ski equipments. The room was really spacious with a view of the mountains. I love how spacious the room was, and it is good enough for 2 adult giants. The rooms have balconies too. Because this hotel is catered for winter activities, the hotel room is equipped with 2 heaters; one in the room, one in the toilet - so comfortable and warm. It was pretty cold when we visited in early May but the heating system helped keep us warm all night. I feel like home in this hotel room. No breakfast is provided for our stay but there is a cafe just below the hotel at a reasonable price. The staff at the cafe speak english, and they are very fluent and very friendly! The food were all freshly made and really very yummy. You must have their coffee too. Parking facilities is available on-site too. The disadvantage about this place is that it is very quiet, and the place feels like a quiet town after certain hours due to its low period. Given a chance, I will stay at Fenix West again - no matter what season I visit Furano!"

"Very large space. Almost a perfect place to live in. It is very well equipped and looks new. The projector in the bedroom is amazing. Check-in is simple. The only thing that comes to my concern over the heater. It may not be enough to raise the temperature especially under snowy weather, as the room is big. Highly recommended."
