"The staff is nice. There are free ramen provided at night. The onsen in the hotel is pretty good. The room is big enough for 2 people’s stay. Welcome drinks and treats are provided in the room. Very good service."

We come here by driving so not very sure about surroundings and public transportation. "The location of the hotel is excellent! The train station and a bus terminal is nearby. If you drive, there're sufficient parking areas next to it. Besides, supermarket and restaurant are nearby too. The hotel cafe also provides good quality of Furano drink, food and good service."

"This is a truly wonderful hotel, located in a very convenient area. One of the highlights is the breakfast—it’s delicious, fresh, clean, and full of the authentic taste of Hokkaido. My stay here was impressive, and I definitely want to come back again. If I return to Hokkaido, I would book this hotel again without hesitation. There’s plenty of parking, the bathroom amenities are fully equipped, and the staff provide excellent service. Some staff members can also communicate in English, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Everything was simply perfect."

"Excellent location. Super clean and neat. Coffee is good at the hotel cafeteria. Washer and dryer only cost less than $4 for 4kg of laundry. The share kitchen has got everything for cooking and meals. Toilet n shower also very good. Highly recommended."

"I was pleasantly surprised to book this double room (with a sofa bed). It was very clean. The hot spring water was incredibly hot, and the large baths were fantastic. I enjoyed a bath while looking out at the lavender. Afterward, I drank Furano milk (180 yen), which was amazing! The dinner portions were generous and the food was excellent! The breakfast buffet was rich and healthy! Enjoying breakfast overlooking a vast expanse of purple lavender was truly satisfying! The location is great, very close to Farm Tomita. From the east, you can watch the sunrise. At night, you can even see a sky full of stars. The hotel wasn't crowded, so it was very quiet. The staff were very nice and polite!"

"Love the spacious and warm hotel room, and the view from our hotel room! I found Fenix West in Trip.com and no other platforms, and found it amazingly beautiful and a good deal for the location. We hear that the hotel is more frequently used during winter seasons when guests come by to do snowboarding. Also the reason why the hotel has a storage wardrobe for ski equipments. The room was really spacious with a view of the mountains. I love how spacious the room was, and it is good enough for 2 adult giants. The rooms have balconies too. Because this hotel is catered for winter activities, the hotel room is equipped with 2 heaters; one in the room, one in the toilet - so comfortable and warm. It was pretty cold when we visited in early May but the heating system helped keep us warm all night. I feel like home in this hotel room. No breakfast is provided for our stay but there is a cafe just below the hotel at a reasonable price. The staff at the cafe speak english, and they are very fluent and very friendly! The food were all freshly made and really very yummy. You must have their coffee too. Parking facilities is available on-site too. The disadvantage about this place is that it is very quiet, and the place feels like a quiet town after certain hours due to its low period. Given a chance, I will stay at Fenix West again - no matter what season I visit Furano!"

"Awesome place! I would recommend this place to families with young children. They have a kids room, and gave monopoly notes for the kids to 'buy' small toys or snacks. Upon checked in they gave my son a small game, which he can get a small gift once he completed the task. The hotel provides free laundromat service, but we didn't use it. They kindly gave us coupon to use in the shop. They also provide snacks and drinks for their guest. My son loved this place, we will definitely come back again."
