The hotel's location was close to Tenjin and close to the bus stop to nearby areas, making it convenient to move around. I went to Itoshima by taking the Showa Bus from the nearby Nakasu stop and it was really nice❤️ I was disappointed to come on the coldest day of the year, but I think this hotel will have more advantages if you come on a warm day. Next time I come to Fukuoka, I plan to book again🎶🎶

Hotel is easy to find. We drive a car , park at the hotel during check-in about an hour then go out , No Charges. It's located just 1 station from Hakata Station. There are 7-11 , Family Mart and Max Value nearby. Room is new and very clean. Front desk service is good and helpful. Highly recommend.

Gion stn exit 2. No escalator or lift at that exit. This is an unmanned hotel. Self service check in and check out using tablets. Had trouble checking in because could not find my reservation even after trying a few times. Called the operator using the link in the tablet and he helped resolved immediately. 1 laundry machine located next to the entrance. Free coffee from 7am to 8pm. Free breakfast too. Free towel and toileteries. Only 1 lift but I never had to wait long. No room cleaning service even if stay more than 1 night but can return and replace towel. I stayed 7 nights and got nothing to complain except the bidet in toilet not functioning.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are nice, but quiet small. Their staffs are good and Manoj is excellent. Our group has 2 seniors and one of them had stroke in the morning 4am as we had a flight at 8am. Manoj was waiting to help us called a taxi as we spoke last night, so he helped out calling an ambulance, offering helps that we didn't expect. He is deserved recognitions. Thank you again Manoj! We would recommend this hotel. It is in night live area so you can stay up late. Also you will feel safe because good staff will take care you well.
