"The hotel is super convenient to get to, really close to Watanabe-dori. There's a bus stop right downstairs with direct service to PayPay Dome, which is perfect for catching baseball games or concerts. Plus, there's a 24-hour Sunny supermarket nearby. My room faced a construction site, but they don't work at night, so it wasn't an issue. The only noise was the door closing a bit loudly, otherwise, the soundproofing was pretty good."

"Excellent location and new hotel. Location is perfect which is in the heart of Tenjin shopping area. The hotel has its own elevator in the underground mall connected to one of the metro exit. If raining outside, you don’t need to step outside, you can simply go to all of the department stores away from the hassle of raining. There’s is a lounge on the 18th for all of hotel guests to enjoy. It has some light snacks and drinks. Not a luxury one but quite decent."

"This is a guesthouse located in an apartment building. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. It's not far from Higashi-Hie subway station, within walking distance. It's also close to the airport, a taxi ride costs less than 2000 JPY. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, so the location is pretty convenient. There are two downsides, though: first, the soundproofing isn't great, and second, cigarette smoke drifts in from other rooms."

"Everything about this hotel was great! The front desk and housekeeping staff were very welcoming. The room was spacious enough to open two 26-inch suitcases, and the shower water was wonderfully comfortable. The Green Line subway station is right across from the hotel, and Canal City and a popular bakery (sadly, the queue was too long every time I tried) are just next door. It's also a convenient 7-8 minute walk to Hakata Station. There's a self-service coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor, and a hot spring on the top floor (towels can be picked up from the lobby). The microwave on the top floor is gone, but there's one on the 8th floor."
