First time use. It seemed to be a pretty old hotel. The interior of the room is renewed and is now windy and clean and beautiful. However, because the building structure was old, the sound was completely cylindered from the corridor to the corridor, and the snoring next door was a pattern that tended to be in the old hotel. Breakfast was ５００ yen and was convinced with the feeling that it was necessary. The taste is normal. The restaurant staff did not appear on the table and chatted at the cooking place. There was no greeting even if I thought I came out. It is the first time that the hotel has no morning or thank you at the hotel breakfast venue.

Stayed here for business for a number of days. It is quite close to Tenjin Station (maybe 10 minutes), and to a number of large department stores. The hotel is showing its age, and is in need of restoration. The rooms are quite small (as expected in Japan) and with the capsule Bathroom/Toilet arrangement. The air conditioning seemed to be on heat mode - which was annoying as the room was facing the south and capturing the sun. The western breakfast options were not overly interesting, but there was a good selection of Japanese breakfast items. Coffee was by machine and not overly hot. I did not eat dinner here, but visited a number restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel (on the main road and in the back streets) - some good choices. Check in and check out times differed from what I was told by staff, so although I had to pay to stay longer, it was not as per the timeslot told to me - which was an annoying end to the visit.

Facilities: It's a ten-minute walk from the subway station. The room is relatively small. Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean. Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and you need to walk a little distance to eat. Service: The service is okay. The front desk is located on the 10th floor, which is a bit inconvenient.

It was a pity that there was no outlet on the bedside though it was very good access to traffic. It was relatively quiet and I slept well in downtown.

The environment is very good. It's not far from the subway station. It takes 3 or 4 minutes to get there. There are a lot of wild food nearby. In addition, the room has independent air conditioning. You can adjust the temperature by yourself👍🏻The room is clean and tidy. Although the space is small, it is very comfortable!

The location is nice, a lot of restaurants nearby as well as shopping mall and subway station. The staffs were also very helpful and polite. The amenity is well prepared to pick up that you no need to pack yours. Surely i will rebook this hotel next time.

We usually stay in a newer boutique hotel in Tenjin. We had to stay in Plaza Hotel Tenjin this time since our fave hotel was fully booked. We booked two rooms - a semi double non smoking room and a double smoking room (they ran out of non smoking double rooms). Location is good. The hotel is near Akasaka station and Tenjin station. A lot of good shops and restos in the area like Ippudo, Lamp Light Books Cafe, Little Napoli, Billy's, Apple, Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Levi's, Muji, and dozens more pre-owned clothing stores. Hotel is kinda dated. As expected, the rooms are small but the bathrooms are even smaller. The bed mattresses, comforters, curtains, and carpets have seen better days. But the amenities like yukata, coffee, tea, and tons of toiletries are excellent. You can expect your room to be (limited) cleaned, i.e. replace towels, bring out the trash, and vacuum the carpet, daily between 10am and 11am only. Wish that they also replace and fix the beddings daily for long-stay guests like us. Check-in and check-out procedure was a breeze. Front desk personnel (specially the Japanese lady staffers) were very helpful specially when we needed two taxis to go to the airport during rush hour. Just like other small hotels, it has a common room with an ice machine, vending machines (for drinks), microwave oven, and coin laundry. All these were very useful and convenient to have.

Access: It was really close to Nakasu Kawabata. However, the nearest exit is only stairs, so it may be better for Carry to use a different exit. Gyomu Super Sebuire Donki is also nearby. Nakasu Kawabata is convenient because it is only one train from Fukuoka Airport and Hakata Station. Security seemed to be good. Service: It was nice to have detailed services such as welcome drinks and cup noodles for late night snacks. All the employees were polite.

I’m a frequent guest at Millennial Kyoto and couldn’t be more delighted to hear that they open a new hotel in Fukuoka. Millennials Fukuoka is in a strategic location close to restaurants, mini marts, and lots of stuff going on in the Area. It’s sparkling clean and well run. Their staff, especially Faith are extremely helpful. I had a great stay and would love to return when I’m back in Fukuoka.
