Cross Life Hakata Yanagibashi Reviews

Room size is good and have space for 2 big luggage. Bathroom is standing shower which we prefer to the bath tub. However, need to allow time to walk to the hotel from subway (need change train line at Hakata). Nearby we found 2 24hour restaurants

Very nice room, friendly staff and great facilities for laundry and working. Comfy bed, and very close to everywhere.

Speaking of transportation, the hotel's proximity to public transportation options was a major plus. Within a short walking distance, I had access to bus stops, and subway stations. This made navigating the city hassle-free and saved me precious time that I could spend on other activities. When it comes to the hotel facilities, they were nothing short of excellent. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a modern and elegant ambiance. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were well-designed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of high quality. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. Its convenient location, coupled with easy access to transportation, made exploring the city a breeze. The excellent facilities and the comfortable rooms ensured that my stay was both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a convenient oasis with top-notch amenities.

Very new very clean. Check in process was very smooth and easy. They only provided toothbrush and cottonpads and razors as amenities though. No lotion or q tips.

The hotel is relatively new and cater to business travellers and tour groups. It is clean and check-in was a breeze. The beds were super comfortable. But i I have 2 complaints: Parking is expensive at ¥1,700 per night, and the rooms were very small, when we open our luggage we have to "overcome" obstacles to mover around the room

Located in the city center with convenient transportation, many restaurants nearby, and slightly smaller room space

I stayed at both Cross Life Hakata Tenjin and Cross Life Yanagibashi. Both are pretty hotels with stylish interiors, but the twin room is much smaller than expected. There is absolutely no space to unfold suitcases larger than 20 inches, and the shower head is defective, so when you turn on the water, water splashes in all directions and gets on your clothes. Everything is wet. I would like you to inspect the facilities thoroughly. On weekdays, it is a good value hotel and the location is great for visiting famous places.

I don’t think the location is bad for walking around Hakata. I recommend it! There was a takoyaki truck nearby and an okonomiyaki restaurant that I really liked.

The location is a bit disappointing, but it's not too far to walk to nearby downtown stations, so I walked to both Tenjin Station and Hakata Station to take a walk! Smart TV is available, and although the outside view is disappointing, the room facilities were good.

The hotel is the closest to Watanabe Station, so it's a bit far for 3 people dragging 4 luggages. It will be more convenient if you take the bus. Because we were 3 adults, a sofa was converted into a bed, so the overall range of activities became very limited. This hotel provides no additional water except one bottle of free water per person. Next to it is the fish market, but many restaurants open at 10 o'clock. Fortunately, we finally found a room that opened at 8:30.

There is a seafood market next to this hotel. It's good to eat seafood. But the window in the room is locked. When the supervisor came up, he said it couldn't be opened. He just politely informed me that there was a hole in the wall under the window and that it could be removed. Covering is breathable

The room condition was good and the staff were very friendly. Because it was newly built, it was clean and I enjoyed it very comfortably. The location is a bit disappointing, but it's great because Yanagibashi Market is right next to the hotel.
